ordered in person for takeaway. servers were kind and generous with toppings. establishment is clean and has been every time i have come in. the fish is reliable here. i have not had a bad experience with the freshness. it’s a consistent college town poke spot. nothing extravagant or to write home about but always there when you need it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never write reviews, but after this first time experience, I’m shocked this place is still open if this is the standard. I ordered 2 bowls, and from the pictures posted from reviews they all looked great. After ordering pick up and making it back home I noticed one was substantially smaller than the other when both were the exact same size ordered. I called because I was confused, and was told to “come in to order next time so portions can be up to my standards”… the bowl was $17 and barely halfway full. Aside from that, halfway through eating one bowl, an open staple was found inside. HOW does that happen ?? Not sure who makes these bowls or checks them over but that’s ridiculous & disgusting. I absolutely do not recommend eating here

They charged me for Avocado when they had run out. They forgot the extra sauce and I paid to have it. No note in the order. No refund. I called and they said they can’t refund avocado… This was a Door dash gift for someone so it’s even more disappointing.

tonight I ordered food for my family. I had the food delivered and when the food showed up, it was missing two miso chicken Ramen. I tried to call and a young lady answered the phone and I explained what happened. She said there’s nothing that she could do so I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is not one to call back tomorrow.. I asked what her name was, and she immediately hung up on me and when I tried to call back, they would not answer the phone. I tried at least 10 times. my husband tried to call about 20 minutes later and when they answered the phone, he started to speak and mentioned that my wife had ordered and part of her order was missing. He was immediately hung up on, he called back again and began to speak and was again hung up on. this was hands-down, the rudest customer service that I have ever received and lost $20 dollars in the process, and had to find my 8 year old child food elsewhere. happy Columbus day I guess.

I ordered a poke bowl and 15 mins after eating it I was sick to my stomach. It’s been three hours and I haven’t left the bathroom once. I see other reviews with the same complaint! I don’t understand how the health dept hasn’t shut this place down. I am disgusted and will be spreading the word this place will guaranteed give you food poisoning. Disgusting!

From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and clean atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. Kevin and Jazmine were friendly and incredibly helpful, guiding me through their extensive menu with a smile. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite; the fish was impeccably fresh, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the spicy sriracha sauce that Emily and Heidy recommended to me. I believe I got the salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp protein options, which allowed me to create a bowl tailored perfectly to my taste. The balance of flavors and textures was spot on! If I were to dock a point anywhere, it would be the temperature inside. From standing in line to sitting down, I was dying from the heat. I am not sure if they forgot to turn on their AC or what, but the excellent customer service made up for that. Overall, Pokeworks provides an enjoyable dining experience for anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal! I just hope the AC is on next time!
