Ordered pizza , when I opened the box Unfortunately I found 2 black hairs embedded on the pizza. I took pictures and called Pokers to return pizza and get refund .I spoke with a man named Carlos as soon as I told him about the hairs on the pizza he not only did not apologize but was rude ,unprofessional and had the audacity to accuse us of putting the hairs on the pizza!. That is unacceptable! It is not right to treat customers like that . We will never order from Poker’s Pizza in Shafter again.

They are having Large special 1 topping 12.99$ hopefully they keep it like that, so we will continue order from them. Little Caesar is destroying the market with large 8.99 compared to competition. Still, I prefer much more to spend 4 extra dollars to get a good pizza that the dough it’s not greasy and doesn’t taste too salty.

Last time I ordered pizza it was undercooked, so this time I asked for well done but it was sauce less, patches of sauce, when this place first opened the quality was great I had always recommended this place now it seem that if I don’t order well done pizza it’s undercooked leading to they’re in a hurry and lowering their quality. I’m done with this place. I thought this was Shafter’s new pizza spot but I guess a 20 minute drive is worth quality.

I’ve ordered from this pizza place multiple times and they never disappoint. The chili verde pizza is always fresh and flavorful, and the delivery is always fast and reliable. You pay for what you get which is great pizza.

pizza is great but expensive, aswell as if your call-in orders are more than $40 (Which is 2 or more pizzas) you have to give your card information over the phone, even if you want to pay cash, or you’ll have to go in a pay for it before they start making it, VERY BIG INCONVENIENCE and aswell as annoying. i’ve never heard of a business doing this. they also charge an absurd amount of money to deliver in a town that’s only a few miles in radius.

Great Pizza, but the people are very hostile to talk to. Not a friendly place. Prices are unlike anything I’ve seen before, it’s so expensive. If they could find out how to be friendly and maybe lower prices a bit, would probably be a regular place to visit.

I’ll love their pizza and wings very much especially the chile verde pizza even though it’s a little bit pricey for delivery but it’s definitely worth it and if you think it’s pricey then don’t order it , but to me it’s definitely worth buying. Also the employees are very nice and kind, keep up the good work and those employees should be given a raise in my opinion

My family got take out from this place first time we try it and it will be the last rotten ranch the parmesan cheese and garlic on the bread sticks was completely spoiled and smelled horrible save yourself the money and eat somewhere else this place doesn’t care that they might hurt someone with their rotten food and condiments the pizza was mediocre at best don’t come here.
