I love Poke and was really excited to try this establishment. Upon entering there is a nice photo wall to take a cute selfie. It was a little busy for drinks but staff were friendly and very hospitable. I ordered Two Poke Bowls with 3 proteins each. I was happy with my protein but not when it came to the toppings. When asking for more cucumbers or more green onions because your scoop is literally only 4 to 5 pieces which I find is crazy to me. I understand over charging for avocado or more protein but portion size is tiny with a little plastic white spoon for toppings. I’m a frequent customer to the White plains location and never had a problem with portion sizes or requesting more topping.

Pokemoto Tarrytown was a delight. This was our first time ever in a Pokemoto, and it didn’t disappoint. We had a Miso Bowl, and that was refreshing. Our favorite part about the Miso bowl was how light yet satisfying the combination of flavors and textures was. We also had a Hawaiian Bowl which was also satisfying. The salmon was tasty and the toppings on point. The spicy mayo, was fire, literally. We finished things off with Dole Whip and some Boba fruit teas. Prices of those are comparable to other parts of the northeast, but they sure met our expectations. Service was excellent. The ladies behind the counter were quite generous and patient in helping us decide what to get. They were the best!

There was a live fly still moving in the poke salad! Informed staff however no apologies and made it seem like nothing happened. Just said “oh my god”

Bought two meals on Uber Eats and payed extra on both for extra lobster and it came with half a spoonful on both my meals. It’s just the overall lazy service that says a lot about how much the workers care if the customer isn’t physically present. I could tell with the upmost certainty that they only put a little lobster on my meals so they didn’t have to refill the main tray as frequently which is just so disappointing. I mean come on, how lazy do your workers have to be to not put the correct amount of food just so they don’t have to refill the main tray, it would probably take 2 minutes to do if that. My advice, maybe reevaluate every person you have on the crew and determine the devil that’s out there to engulf this entire business into roaring flames. I will never be buying from this establishment ever again and will warn anyone in my life that I care the even the tiniest most minuscule amount for to never buy from this establishment. The girl who attended me that day was unfortunately not helpful and even laughed at my questions. I’m not a local and just needed a bit of guidance to understand how to start my order. I assumed the tablet at the counter was where I should begin, but when I asked, she only replied “online.” I asked again if I could order directly at the restaurant, and she repeated “online.” When I asked if online was the only way to order, she said “no.”
By that point, I felt a bit defeated and asked if she could please show me how to order, and only then she told me to go to the beginning of the station. As I started my order, I accidentally asked for a topping that wasn’t part of the first station in the poke bowl process, and she got visibly annoyed, telling me to stop and only choose what was in front of me.
I understand there was some confusion on my end, but she could’ve been much kinder and simply explained the process. I even tried to read the step-by-step guide on the wall menu to catch up, but she seemed frustrated by that too. I truly was just trying to make things easier for both of us ♀️ I even tipped her to show that I was not trying to be difficult.
