Got a delicious poke bowl here! Only got tofu so I can’t comment on the quality of the fish, but the veggies were fresh. Bowl was large and toppings were generous! The woman working on Tuesday night was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back!!

My review of Pokémoto is as follows: As a first timer to the restaurant, I have found the menu and ordering process. It is just like a Subway but with superior quality foods. You can either choose from their menu or build your own meal. The place is very clean and very open. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure I had a great experience. The prices are a hair high, but they can easily be accounted for because of their quality. Will definitely return!

I used to love this place; it was my go to spot to order online for lunch. I ordered a few weeks ago and didn’t think it was the best but I gave it another shot for benefit of the doubt. I picked up for my usual, sesame ginger chicken bowl and it was below par. I wish I would’ve opened the back before leaving.
At first, I thought the scoop of avocado mash was just brown from being out. I picked off the parts that were brown which was a majority of it. Once I took a bite, I had to spit it out because of how spoiled it tasted.
Very off putting and such a bummer. The portions also seem smaller than before… This place has significantly gone down in quality and do not see myself visiting again.

Ordered delivery today to check this place out. Ended up with a custom salmon poke bowl with seaweed, roe, and tempura pieces.
Food delivery was pretty quick and everything was wrapped well. There weren’t any missing ingredients which is always nice when you try a custom order dish for the first time.
The bowl was refreshing and filling. The sushi rice mixed well with the salmon and other ingredients. Definitely hit the spot.
I will be going here again!

I order 2 Mrs teas original tea on Uber eats I am very disappointed because one of them came without the tapioca pearls! as I ordered it close to closing time I believe they didn’t have tapioca bubbles anymore or worse they forgot to put it in my order. I don’t recommend this place!!!!

I ordered food on Uber eats from them it was good but, WHILE EATING IT I DISCOVERED I WAS CHEWING ON A STAPLE THAT WAS MIXED INTO MY FOOD. definitely not okay at all. very unsafe. seemed like when they made it they didn’t care or were rushing just to get it done. very unsatisfied customer i have ordered from here a few times before this experience but this one will be my last. I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN.

Its an underwhelming establishment. The first time I ordered online, the order was wrong, I ordered two of the same item and although they charged for 2, they only gave me one. Thankfully, I checked the bag before I walked out. I had to sit there and wait while they prepared the second order, defeating the purpose of ordering online as I was in a rush. The second time, I called to place the order to ensure that this error didn’t happen again. They told me the food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. I showed up 10-15 minutes later, to ensure they had enough time and they still had me wait. If it wasn’t because they are the only place that has the item of food I want, I would not order from them anymore.

To be perfectly honest, I have been here in 2 years but still felt compelled to leave a review. This was the best poke that I’ve ever had in my life, way better to Pokeworks which sometimes screws up the rice (like how do you do that?). Best post-workout meal ever was two scoops of salmon and tuna each with a beer and plenty of toppings. It was always fresh with massive portions if you became a regular and tipped well. Even in NYC, the typical poke joint topping selection pales in comparison.
