No Pokémon’s here, just great Hawaiian poké. Their miso salmon is simply mouthwatering. Amazing flavor and fresh ingredients. The girls who made my poké bowl were nice and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They have great recommendations of what flavor goes with certain proteins you choose. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The lady working there was so rude she kept rushing me when I was telling her what I want and at the end I paid in cash mind you I gave her a 20 for the small bowl and a water and she was being so rude when I asked for the change like I was forced to tip her or something. I think I heard a coworker say her name it was like Ari something.

I kept being told Pokémoto is far superior to Poke Don where I usually go. I went today and it was the worst experience I think I’ve ever had. The rice was hard and inedible, the spicy mayo was all siracha, the salmon was even half slimy. The cashier was not at all interested in doing anything but the bare minimum. I spent 20 dollars on a bowl I couldn’t even eat. Needless to say I don’t think I’m ever going back to Pokémoto and I will stick with Poke Don.

I love the food at Pokemoto, especially the ginger chicken bowl. It is hard to find healthy food fast- so this is a great option. The only thing I would say that it smells a little odd inside. I think probably because of the ingredients smells mixing. It doesnt stop me from getting food, I just rather eat it at home.

My sister tried to report the concern and was offered a free meal. It was only her goal to report the concern and highlight safety practices! Instead, she was dismissed by the so-called manager, made to feel less than a concerned customer, which, of course, now has prompted a well deserved report to the state health department. And the Attorney General of the State of CT.
