Salmon was opaque from freezing, rice was absolutely unseasoned, ran out of scallions, everything was subpar and seemed like things had been sitting a while… completely overwhelmed staff who were apathetic. This place has gone considerably downhill. CONSIDERABLY.

I went on a Monday for lunch and the ingredients were decent and the portions were fantastic. Just I have to say the rice was a little mushy for this Japanese girl. But it was a great experience honestly and the food was really tasty and fresh.

Serving is abundant and ready pretty quickly! For those who aren’t familiar with Poké bowls just think more along the lines of deconstructed sushi with better options you can’t put in a roll.

When this place first opened, it was excellent and fresh. However, it is dirty as a dirty McDonald’s right now And the tuna is old and discolored in the employees Care as much as a McDonald’s employee in a filthy McDonald’s they don’t care. Not a great experience so far. I ordered on uber eats and they sent me raw salmon instead of the chicken that I asked for. I called for them to fix it and told me to call uber eats. I know it’s a separate service but it’s a flaw in POKEMOTOS SERVICE not the uber driver he did not cook it. I’m not gonna make uber eats give me a refund and possibly penalize that poor driver for not doing anything wrong.
