I was en route from DC to Baltimore and was dying of hunger, so I stopped at this little strip mall. I love poke and this place was fresh, delicious, and fast.

This place is so criminally underrated it’s CRAZY. I like that it’s usually pretty quiet but also feel like more people should know about it! The owner seems to hold the food quality to a much higher standard than most because everything is always super fresh. The protein, fruit, and veggie selections are pretty standard, but again… the quality far exceeds most places. The guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable and personable. He actually suggested and made a bowl for my father (who is NOT the adventurous type, loves red meat, and fears anything even close to sushi) that he still raves about! Also, I love coming here with my plant-based and non-plant based friends alike since there are so many options. This place has something for just about everyone!

Not sure where all the high ratings are coming from but the serving is small, fish is mid freshness and flavors are super underwhelming. Paid $19 for 3 scoops and the toppings are much more limited compared to other stores. Didn’t like the fact that the fish was pretty wet when he scooped it out. I don’t mind paying good money for proper poke but this is not it.

Also fell for all the high ratings on here… $16 for two scoops and I maybe had 6 pieces of fish all together. Employee did not wash their hands after having a smoke break. As someone who loves poke, do not recommend.

This poke location is not bad by the portions are definitely smaller. The proteins and toppings are both diced up pretty small and with prices similar to other poke restaurants I’d say it’s not worth it. The crab salad topping is different tasting. If there were no other options in the area then I would go but wouldn’t be my first choice.

I would rate this 3.5 stars. I ordered this for my birthday lunch, as I am currently pregnant and am avoiding sushi. I was very excited for my poke bowl, as reviews were almost 5.0 stars! However, I can’t say I enjoyed it as much as expected. The portion size is not the best for $15 (almost $18 after tip!). The food taste itself is fine. Not the best I’ve had but not the worst. I do like how many selection options they have.

Delicious, fresh, and affordable! The salmon was tender, the spicy tuna was the flavor MVP. If you like poke idk why you wouldn’t like this place, it’s literally build your own bowl. Good mix of flavorful and textured options. I went for lunch and the two protein scoop option was plenty.
The spicy mayo was a little light of the spicy and a little heavy on the sweet, but with the spicy tuna everything worked well.

This was hands down the best poke bowl place my girlfriend and I have eaten at. It had the perfect variety of toppings that were all fresh and delicious. This place is perfect if you want something savory, flavorful, yet light and healthy.

Delish & Fresh! My daughter and I are huge poke lovers and when we saw this place opened, we had to give it a try. Price is comparable and the portions are decent. Staff is very personable & u can feel they really appreciate ur business, which is always a good feeling. The dish itself though, wow!! it is very tasty. You have variety of toppings, protein, and sauces (I recommend spicy mayo with either teriyaki or eel sauce) to choose from and the ingredients are fresh. My daughter and I devoured our meal in minutes and can’t wait to try it again! Thank you Pokee Xpress!
