Very disappointed. I ordered their most expensive and “best” bowl, and it was completely unbalanced — way too much rice and very little protein. For the price, it was a huge letdown. I hesitated to come in because the restaurant was empty, and now I understand why. Would not recommend.

Wow! My husband and I LOVE this place! We love the custom option to build our bowls exactly to our liking! The service is always quick and friendly. Their portion size is awesome for the price. This is a go to spot for a healthy and filling meal after a long day at work. Also love getting a sweet mochi treat to top it all off- chocolate and strawberry are our favorites

What are the ingredients in the SOUP? We definitely need to know because too many soups are full of MSG and other chemicals. It tastes great, but NO nutritional list or ingredients? Usually that means it’s very unhealthy? The Poke was lightly marinated, not much flavor, but tasted good. The vegetables were fresh and the rice was perfect. We didn’t like the whole 25 percent mandatory tip situation. There were no fresh drinks like a Hawaiian tea. Also, how could four bowls and soup with rice cost over $125? Make pricing transparent! Finally, the place has little atmosphere. Make it inspirational like Hawaii is. PoKe West is a work in progress, but has great potential!

This place is a true hidden gem! Stopped here on my way home on a whim after a VERY long day and came in with 0 expectations. The restaurant was bright, clean, and well decorated and the woman behind the counter who served me who I can only assume owned it, was the sweetest and nicest person I’ve dealt with in a long time; she was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I understood the menu and was satisfied with my order and having a great experience.
Onto the food; frequent Poke Bros and have had higher end poke at a few upscale places, this was a MUCH better experience than all of them, every item packed into my bowl was fresh, well prepared, and craveworthy delicious!
I will be recommending this place to my friends and family and I’ll likely be back at least once a week, very good quality and I wish them all the best and tons of success! I urge you to try Poke West if you’re a poke fan and near by. I think you’ll agree it’s worth my hype.

I am in a rehab facility nearby and some of the nurses here were ordering this for lunch and I overheard and asked if I could get something and they were nice enough to offer to pick up my order. I was in a hurry to get my order placed so I didn’t have a lot of time to look at the menu so I just ordered the shrimp bowl with brown rice and added some seaweed salad. I wasn’t sure which sauce to get so I ordered three different sauces and asked for them to be put on the side. OMG, this bowl was so good! It had plenty of shrimp lots of seaweed salad and cucumbers. Every sauce was delicious and I ended up eating the entire bowl! It was so delicious that I called and told the lady that answered how wonderful my lunch was and that I cannot wait to get out of here so I can come and eat in person! Thank you thank you for the most delicious lunch I’ve had in a long time. See you soon! I wish I had known about you sooner.

This was my first time coming. I got a bowl with extra sushi rice, extra japepeno, edamame, crab stick, mango, avocado, spicy chicken, corn, cucumber, extra siracha aioli, extra tempura flakes, and crispy onion. I tore it up and left no crumbs. I paid $16.23 which is a little cheaper than what I pay at Poke Bros. I went in around 8pm. The lady was super nice and filled my bowl up and wasn’t stingy.
