Used to visit the OG location all the time as a uva student; today was my first time consuming Poke Sushi Bowl in nearly six years, just as good as I remember! Living in Colorado now, it seems virtually every poke place upcharges for >3 toppings, so I really appreciate that this spot offers virtually unlimited amounts. Also, coconut sauce is 10/10

This was our first time eating a a poke place. For full disclosure, we were expecting a sushi restaurant. This place was a fast food. You have to order at the counter and there is no wait service. The sushi rolls were gigantic and made in a machine. I ordered a bowl. Recommend not ordering sushi rolls and just stick to bowls. The food was very good and fresh. The service from the two ladies was attentive and courteous. They don’t serve alcohol so don’t expect Sapporo on the menu, like we did. Overall a good experience but it was not what we were expecting and that is our own fault.

I came here today for the first time. There are many options to choose from. I am vegetarian, and so I was very happy that they
had tofu. I did a “Build Your Own Bowl” which was a good choice so that I could see what I liked, and didn’t like. Jin was so helpful, from beginning to end. She even helped with a list of the ingredients that I put in my bowl, so that I would know what to have the next time I came in. It was so flavorful, and filling. I could have kept eating, but knew I should take the rest home for later. Jin answered any and all questions I had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices are fair for what they give you. The food is fresh, and healthy. They also have ramen and soups. I will definitely be returning 😀

We came 45 minutes till close and they where happy to help. The food was so good and refreshing. We got a dragon poke bowl and the hot tuna roll. They where both delicious. The restaurant was clean. Over all it was just what we needed after a long drive.

Holy cow this place is awesome! Spent $20 for a massive poke bowl which was enough for my husband and I, with leftovers! It’s delicious and tastes so fresh. The people working were super nice. Lots of yummy options. Definitely recommend going if you enjoy poke bowls!

Amazing poke, many many options, especially with sauces, that made customization and finding something for everyone really easy! The fish was very fresh and the topping selection was expansive and high quality. People seemed to really enjoy the pre-built bowls, and they let us add more toppings than just what was described for no added charge, which makes ordering easy for people who don’t often have poke or aren’t familiar with the menu. Cherry on top was how well-priced everything was. Delicious!
