Finally a great restaurant next to the Galaxy. There have been multiple in this location over the years, and they just haven’t been successful unfortunately. I hope this one is here to stay because we NEED an awesome Poke place in the harbor. Spam Musubi is like one of our family favorites, and they have it here with an option having avocado as well, to add a little velvety creamy bite to cut through the heavy spam. Yum! The poke bowls are super generous, I had to split my three protein bowl into two meals. Great way to get your protein in. They have a great selection of meats and veggies to add in, and these bowls give so many different textures and flavors. Creamy flavor bomb sauces, crunchy acidic veggie add ins, marshmallowy soft tuna and salmon chunks…you can’t go wrong. Can’t wait to bring more people here and introduce people to Poke who may have been afraid to try it in the past.
Service was great as the server was informative, helpful and kind. The restaurant is new and beautiful, extremely clean and inviting. Great meal before or after a movie instead of eating a kilo of popcorn. 🙂

I dont come here all the time, but when I come here, I usually come 2-3 days in a row and grab an ahi tuna bowl or spice salmon bowl for dinner. It’s always fresh and satisfying. I really like that I can choose what I want each time I come. Sometimes, I get the exact same ingredients. Other times, I switch it up. The staff is super nice, and it is buffet style serving (similar to Subway), so it’s very quick. I’ve never had to wait. Decent prices. One of my favorite places for a quick, last minute lunch or dinner.

good food but the service was not, when we walked in the servers did not greet us instead they just looked at us for a bit. when our order was finally being taken the servers were a bit passive aggressive. we were the only asians (despite it being a poke place) in the store so its probably just race bias

I visit here frequently with my loved ones. Friendly service, tasty and healthy options, and great portions especially if you add a lot of toppings.
May take a few tries to figure out what combinations you like best.

Unfortunately I went from really excited to disappointed today with my dish. Should have listened to the other reviews saying the salmon was bad. The portion sizes are okay (average for poke) but unfortunately the quality of salmon I received today was not acceptable. It has an extremely fishy taste and was so obviously frozen and hastily defrosted it almost seems cooked. The rest of the items I got in my bowl were good quality, but I’m not going to a poke shop for toppings, I’m going for the fish. Super disappointing. Next time I’m just going to go to domo.

The quality of salmon they get here is really, really bad. When you look at the marketing pictures, it’s super nice looking. What you get is gray and almost entirely tasteless. I made the mistake of getting a triple salmon bowl too. I can’t speak for the tuna, but it can’t be worse than the salmon. Please source better fish.
Other than that, ingredients are solid and service was good. But I come to a poke place for the fish so that needs to be done better.

This place has great tasting food, although it did not settle in my digestive system at all. I wish there were organic, healthier, less expensive options here. I wonder why there is fake crab meat when there are real crabs in the water around us; not hard to source.
But it sure tastes good. It’s my daughter’s favorite lunch food spot in Gig Harbor. We prefer to take out, because it’s cold and bare inside. There are blank white walls with no art, uncomfortable seats, and one fish tank with some sad fish that want to be free.
The staff is friendly, but the guy who served me was hard of hearing (and ESL) so I had to repeat myself many times. We’ll still return. Maybe with some art for the walls 😉
