Food tastes amazing. The best ramen I’ve ever had and very quickly served. My brother kept moaning. I had the spicy chicken ramen and I totally think it’s worth the money. The photo is the one with pork belly. Equally good.

Hands down the best poke spot in Colorado. I go out of my way to make sure I stop by here for lunch every time I find myself working in the area. The service is always very friendly and the food to die for.

This is probably the second best poke place in the Denver metro area. Not a bad price for the size and the staff were friendly. The only negative on the food was the rice was a touch dry. The only dessert I saw was some of the prepackaged Japanese cheesecakes in one of their coolers. Not a bad place for you to try if you are in the area and wanting good poke.

This is a great Poke place. All the ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything tasted wonderful. Highly recommend this place. The only thing I would say is that they need to clearly label their ingredients. The friendly staff member had to explain a ton of it because a lot of the labels had come off the glass.

I absolutely love this place! The ingredients are always fresh, and the flavor is consistently delicious. There are tons of toppings and mix-ins to choose from, so you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it. The service is friendly and fast every time, and the free miso soup is a nice bonus. Best of all, the prices are crazy high. Highly recommend this place for a delicious poke bowl!

Poke is a go-to for me, unfortunately there are not alot of poke places near where I live but, when I’m in the area Poke One is the one to go to. Always fresh, sauces very tasty and the staff/owners (?) are very friendly. Also, their miso soup is delicious. Just like I use beans and rice as a way to seperate mexican restaurants, miso soup is my way. Much better than other sushi and poke places I have been to. I will keep coming back and recommend to anyone who loves good poke to try them out.

Good but they are stingy with the fish portions and last time we went they had canned pineapple instead of real. Taste was off and not as fresh as usual. Expensive.

Great place, very clean and bright. Good seating area. The bowls are the bomb! Build your own with three sizes for rice or salad. Lots of add ons and they all look very fresh. And yeah, those are HOT CHEETOS!

I wish we lived closer, because I would go here regularly. The food was awesome, and just such a nice fresh option, and something different than you get even when you order fancy poke when out at a fancy restaurant. I actually liked this better than fancy restaurant poke bowls. Will definitely return.

Delicious food especially with the yuzu citrus sauce & great portions. I had enough to take home for leftovers. Clean restaurant and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. They even gave us free miso soup. Will be back whenever we’re in town. Thank you so much!
