A side note, I think there are gluten free options here but the staff may not know what there are. From what I ordered, the only hung that would not be gluten free is maybe the sauces and obviously anything tempura.
Atmosphere is typically mall atmosphere.
highly recommended
As for food, the ramen here is also my favorite out of every shop I’ve been to. It’s easily some of the best I’ve had in this area. The pork is incredibly tender and flavorful, not flavorless and tough like some other places, and the broth is also delicious. For me it is very comparable to Ramenya which is another popular ramen shop in this area. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the convenience for such fresh food can’t be beat The sushi burritos and poke are also delicious, but the spicy pork ramen is still my favorite! I always recommend this place to anyone I meet, and I always HAVE to get a boba for me and my mom whenever I visit the mall !
Update: back here again. Better option for poki bowl like shiitake mushroom. I like their healthy options such as sweet & spicy Ponzu sauce and 50% sugar for fruit tea.
The picture I’m including is a custom poke bowl
People who post “raw-ish” yolk don’t understand that ramen is made with soft-boiled marinated eggs. I have been coming here for about two years now for their halal chicken ramen and my only regret is that it’s a bit of a drive for me. This place is the only reason I go to the Arundel Mills mall. There are plenty of places around me that serve poke (which you can hardly mess up), but for halal ramen this is my primary destination. The miso broth is rather flavorful and not bland. Their vegetarian ramen is not lacking like at any other place I visited in Ellicott City, Columbia, or the Inner Harbor.
