Super friendly staff. Very beautiful presentation of the dishes. The flavors are delicious and quality, fresh ingredients. Never had a bad experience. They sometimes have new staff members but everyone is always friendly and just wants to make sure your dish is just as you like it. We had a rice bowl and a salad bowl. You fill out the order form when you walk in, hand it to them, pay and they make it just as you filled out your form.

I loved going to this place, but lately I have been ordering the larger bowl size, paying 3 more dollars, only to find myself with less protein than I would get in a regular sized bowl. It has happened every single time without fail. The one time I preface with this concern, I am faced with strong attitude. It is just disappointing, because their food is usually delicious, but the lack of care for the pricing and serving sizes is ridiculous.

Good food, friendly staff and fast service. When you walk in you fill out a paper slip of what you would like to order. When done filling out the slip, give to cashier and pay. My order took about 7 minutes to come out. I got the poke bowl. It was delicious.

We were disappointed in the food at this place. It was pretty dry. We aren’t sure any of us got any of the sauce we picked except the one who chose sweet chilli sauce, and it was just a very light sprinkle of it.
It also had what looked and tasted like big chunks of sweet pickles in it. Our best guess is that this was the pickled radishes we all picked…because we didn’t see anything that looked like a radish…so these pickles must have been that? Not at all what we were expecting.
The place was clean, though, and the food was out quickly.

Love that you get to build your own bowl. Wish that you get more protein. Was such a small scoop of both proteins. Next time I will try double the protein.

My review is about food illness and extra charges. I only ate one time on Friday and it was here. I was sick beginning about 5 in the afternoon, approximately 2.5 hours later from order. I have been coming here for over 3 years and I LOVE THIS PLACE, every time I work in Sherwood I make it a point to visit my fave Poke place. In addition to being sick within hours of my visit, I found tonight an extra $20 charge, separate from my lunch order. My lunch order was $14.95 plus tip, = $22.60. A $7,65 tip. Tonight, I have a totally separate charge for $20.00 on my checking acct that has cleared. You have staff that are “making mistakes” in their own favor. Let’s see what becomes of my call tomorrow. $42.60 for a poke bowl?? NO.

This is heaven for anyone who loves the freedom you get of customizing your own dish at chipotle or subway, but loves sushi, poke, noodles, (or even sushi-burritos!). That’s not where the menu ends, they have a vibrant drink selection full of smoothies, and teas (including boba). All the ingredients were fresh, price was great, and portion size was perfect! This is 10/10 my new lunch spot! (Also to go packaging is super cute and great quality!)
