Went by for lunch. The food tasted fresh and a huge portion size. I ordered the 3 proteins option and the other toppings on it. There were lots of toppings selection: crab salad, cucumber, seaweed salad, corn, onions, pickle ginger and also different variations of furakaki.
My only complaint is that they need to hire better employee. The one girl was rude to customer before me. I was trying to be friendly but met with not pleasant attitude to the point I don’t feel like tipping but still did.
Would have given the place a 5 star review but employee attitude really needs to be better or work in the back kitchen.

I paid for avocado on my bowl and 80% of it was brown, not a couple of spots but the kind of browning where air pockets start to form in the flesh where it’s mushy and sour and not something I am going to eat. I called to let them know and was told “avocados can be brown sometimes” I am aware it’s not my first avocado but considering how fresh the other ingredients are it’s extremely disappointing to get something like this I paid extra for. I was told I was going to get a call from the owner and the difference refunded. It’s been two days and neither of those has happened. I think the food is great outside of this mishap but the customer service and communicating is extremely lacking.

The service is fast, the atmosphere clean and not too loud. The food was good, as I am trying a more keto friendly diet I went with a salad base with ahi tuna, citrus sauce, avocado, seaweed salad, and crab salad. The salad was fresh and citrusy, the ahi and crab meat added the more filling side of the meal. The avocado and seaweed salad complemented it all. This dish may not be for everyone but it was filling( 200 lbs male 5’7 active male). Hopefully this helps with my weight loss journey as I progress. I highly recommend.

Came into the store and ordered once; service was great, food was great, everything was great. Decided to order online again. They gave me no sauce at all, even though I chose two. Dry, plain rice with no sauce. I decide to order again, but this time, I ask for sauce on the side (in small cups). They did not put it in cups. Still no sauce, making it plain and flavorless. Also, I ordered extra pineapple (+$1.00) and it looked like regular pineapple. Lesson learned: will not order online again.

The food is absolutely amazing and their customer service is always on point I am a regular here and love their food! The ingredients are fresh and don’t taste “fishy” (which is the sign of bad fish) and I always leave satisfied. Definitely give them a try if you love poke. You won’t regret it!

I often go here for lunch. The small bowl is a perfect amount for me, and considering it is great quality ingredients and fish, it is very reasonably priced. It’s easy to place my order online, and the order is always accurate. Delicious food, I will be back for more!

Pricey!! my kiddos and I came in and just looked around.. we looked lost, but no one even asked us how we were and such.. we were new to this place and tried to figure out what to do.. yes, there’s a sign on how to do things step by step but still.. so we proceeded to go down the line.. when I got my bill, I was charged 1 large and 2 small bowls.. I don’t recall seeing anything about bowl sizes, but it would have been nice to get informed because my kiddos and I pretty much asked for the same, just different protein choices.. one even had less stuff.. so I’m not sure what makes a large vs small bowl.. Anyway, food was good but customer service was lacking..

Food tastes good, and I’m glad there’s another location, but the review before this one was right: They try too hard to jiggle the protein scoops so that there’s less fish in the scoop before they put it in your bowl. I wouldn’t have noticed if they had not done it like 5 times for each of my 3 protein scoops. When I go to other poke places, they just scoop once, and it doesn’t matter if the scoop is a little full.

DELICIOUS!!! came for the grand opening, everyone was so friendly and there was a lot of people there for the free bowl but they were very fast and efficient at getting the line down!!
