For a healthy quick meal this is an excellent spot. The poke is fresh and they have plenty of toppings to choose from. The amount of food you get for the price is very reasonable too. The staff was super friendly and were very generous with the toppings, you can get as much as you want.
Over all great spot! Excited to come back again and make another bowl.

I may have found my new poke spot! Upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was just how sparkling clean the place was. The tables, soda machine, food display, and even the trash area were all super clean. The employees are clearly working super hard to keep the place in tip top shape.

Speaking of employees, the only thing more impressive and better than the food was the customer service. Daniel and Alan were super helpful, gave great recommendations, and very personable. I would go back just to have another interaction with them. Daniel told me that he normally works at the Centennial location so if you go there make sure to say hi and tip the man what he deserves!

The food was great. The fish, vegetables, and rice all tasted fresh and well-blended together. For those that have had bad poke before know what I mean when I say that everything blending together well is important. The guava lemonade is one of the best-tasting lemonades I’ve ever had. Pricing was fair and similar to other poke spots.

I can’t wait until I go back and get my poke fix!

Update 7/25: What was once a 5 Star restaurant 6 months ago has really taken a nose dive. The sushi quality is now just okay. Miso soup no longer comes with a bowl. The serving size for a nearly $20 large bowl is much smaller than it used to be. When ordering, I felt like I was rushed along and inconveniencing the person creating the bowl. The guys working today are more interested in being on their phones and hanging out in the back. And even though I was the only person in the store on a Friday evening.. the tables and floors are dirty. This used to be the most affordable and high quality poke in Denver with cheerful and upbeat employees. I hope they figure it out again soon

1/25: I enjoyed a “dine in” Poke bowl and miso soup on a Saturday night, and the guys working treated everyone during the hour that I was here like gold. Even after years of eating here, the prices are pretty good, the quality is better/fresher than most anywhere else, and there’s always a welcoming atmosphere. Being walking distance from other great breweries, eateries, REI and the river is a plus too. On this occasion the fish didn’t look as “fresh off the boat” as I’m used to, but still great. Don’t miss this Denver gem as it’s always left me happy and full!

I built my own bowl with both salmon and tuna. I like the way it turned out. It is fun to experiement with ingredients, and the servers helped give suggestions. Eating outside is really loud due to I-25 traffic, but from the downtown location, there are a lot of places to walk and find a spot to picnic.

I had an amazing experience at Poke House! The poke was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and every bite felt like quality. The macaroni salad was creamy and delicious, the perfect complement to the meal. And the dynamite musubi — absolutely outstanding! Everything tasted homemade with care and authenticity.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves poke or is looking to try it for the first time. Friendly vibes, fresh food, and portions that leave you satisfied. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Great little spot for poke. Price was a little steep for a basic bowl, but they allow you to really load up on all additional items without restrictions, and that evens out the price ask I would say. You also get free miso soup – awesome!

Fish was good quality – really prefer the fish bites over the fish purée that the spicy tuna comes in. Most side additions were great.

On a side and weird note – they bathrooms were nice and clean haha.

Friday dinner around 5pm. On our visit there was no waiting, and no problem getting a table. The two Poke bowls were made as we ordered, the Katsu bowl, Basil chicken and Spam took a little longer to prepare. We had more food than the three of us could eat. Everything was delicious, we especially liked the Spam Musubi. It was our first time having it.

Good customer service and flavorful vegan options.
I got the make your own bowl- veggie. They had great vegan options including plums and pickled radish. They had sauces that were labeled vegan so I got all of those and seaweed salad. I liked that the vegan options were good and still had flavor. Also, these bowls make for good raw vegan options.
They have smoothies and interesting lemonade/drink options. I got the lychee drink which was good!
