I ordered online and the service was quick. My portion was huge and the order was made correctly. The bowl was so big it took me 5 hours to eat it. I paid $11 for two proteins and they stuffed the bowl to the rim. I got spicy salmon, but it didn’t taste or look any different from normal salmon? I also got a mango green tea, it tasted pretty average. But the seafood and the toppings tasted fresh, I recommend a build your own bowl and adding pineapple especially.
UPDATE: I placed another order for bowl and brown sugar boba. The bowl fine and tasty, but the boba was terrible. The boba tasted like it was sitting for a couple hours, very hard and not chewy at all. The milk also tasted bit sour for some reason. Cannot reccomend getting any of their boba drinks. Ended up throwing it away.

Great food but absolutely lazy service. The posted hours not just on Google aren’t accurate, but also the ones literally posted on their door. There’s only one employee who either leaves orders that are ready in queue to do other orders or is nowhere to be seen in the back for prolonged periods.

Great food, but I think I’ve had about 50% of my grubhub orders canceled on a whim, no matter the time. Highly recommend only getting their food in person, otherwise expect not to get it.

My daughter and I shared the vegan rice bowl, which was fantastic. Tofu, vegetarian chicken and lots of veggies. Just the right amount of fresh tasting sauce. Staff was very friendly and answered questions about the menu. Due to grand opening promotion we got a free mango green tea with poke bowl. The tea was also exceptional. Great experience, we’ll be back!

Food is absolutely amazing. They let you entirely customize to your liking and have presets if you can’t decide.
Service is just using a touch screen and waiting for it to come out.
The atmosphere is hit or miss depending on the person. Its very quiet and has a big open window to outside, it honestly felt very calming and relaxing to me.
