This place was good, I wish they had a few more options but it was tasty. I don’t think anyone should take my review to seriously as I don’t eat meat. They did have tofu but I can’t have tofu. Everything tasted a bit too sweet to me, but that is just not a preference of mine. I was with two people who got ahi bowls and they said it was good. The portions also were very good.

I would never have known this little poké stand was here, if my lazy stepdaughter hadn’t found it while poking around online for something to eat. She wasn’t able to figure out how to place her order online (something I fault to her laziness, not to the shop or its website), so I was engaged to go and grab the order myself.
Locating the shop was a bit of adventure; turns out it is in the bottom floor of an apartment complex on the corner of Glisan and 99th, in a mini, indoor food court-style dining complex with, at present, seemingly only one other operating vendor (a Thai place) next door. It’d be cool to see this place fleshed out a bit more, in the future!
I managed to arrive just before a much larger party, and was able to place my stepdaughter’s order before becoming buried by the line. The ordering process is simple: an a la carte selection of bases, proteins, toppings and sauce, crafted to your specifications, with all configurations (seemingly) for the same price (sans extras, of course). Once ordered, I only had to wait a matter of a couple minutes, likely since most of the ingredients do not require any on-the-spot cooking; most of the toppings are pre-cooked, or served cold.
I can’t say for myself how good it was, but my stepdaughter made two meals of it, on top of splitting it with one of my stepsons, and there were no complaints from them, so I am going to chalk this one up as a win for all involved…except for me, since I was the trained monkey that had to go and get it.

On our way home today, my wife and I decided to try Poke Delight for lunch. Since we live right up the street, we watched the apartment complex being built and we’re excited when we noticed there was going to be a Poke restaurant in their food court on the bottom floor. We finally decided to stop and try their food today and are really glad we did.
Parking is a little tough, but if you look, street parking is available near by. When we entered, we noticed the really comfortable eating area and the immediate warm smile and greeting from the gentleman behind the counter. Ordering was easy from the extensive options menu just to the right of the counter and when I asked to split my added protein option, there wasn’t a problem. My wife ordered the ‘regular’ spicy tuna and I ordered the ‘large’ spicy tuna and salmon. We also opted for the additional Avocado option and when we received our bowls, were impressed with how much there was. At least 1/2 an Avocado was added to healthy amounts of everything else chosen.
We both love Poke and order it everywhere we can, and I’d have to say that this bowl was way up there. The fish was wonderful and as plentiful as everything else. And the quality was outstanding. Pricing was more than fare, too.
Without hesitation, I’d say that Poke Delight serves one of the best Poke bowls I’ve ever had in Portland and will be more than a regular stop for lunch or dinner. We usually frequent a Foster Road food cart pod for our Poke fix, but I think this was much better.
Don’t let the sparce parking keep you away. Give yourself an extra minute and you will be fine. The great Poke Bowl and friendly, comfortable environment will make it a more than worthwhile experience. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Parking is horrible. Parked near the church and walked over to use the crosswalk. Poke burrito with a seaweed wrap was FABULOUS. All the joy of a burrito without the high carb flour wrap. Large serving.Recommended. Would return here.

First time trying this place and I was disappointed. The large bowl only comes with one kind of protein. The fish was cut up very very small. Like a quarter of an inch by half an inch. Some of them were just shreds. It made most bites rice or toppings. I paid $18 for basically a bowl of rice. The sushi rice was well flavored and not gooey so it could be worse. I think you can get better poke for a better price elsewhere.

Holy moly, got the large bowl with extra order of protein and the avocados. Came out to about 22 ish. Besides the extra protein and avocado, all the other toppings you can get free and boy do they pack it up with the protein and toppings. Very worth the value, good quality and the amount of food I got for how much I paid was def worth. Just beware, there’s like no real parking around since it’s a crowded street.
