This coffee shop is at the entrance of the Graduate hotel so you don’t have to go into the hotel to get coffee. There is plenty of lighted seating along the the front windows with seating outside. It’s beautiful inside with high ceilings. The latte was good. My only complaint is that they don’t serve you in a mug. They got rid of them once Covid began. Which doesn’t make sense to me. Restaurants still feed you on plates with silverware & serve you drinks in a glass ♀️ …..

Unfortunately this place is awful if you want an espresso type drink. Train the staff to know how to steam milk, not scorch it, not burn the espresso, and difference between latte & cappuccino etc. I can’t stand Starbucks and I would go there for an espresso or cappuccino before going downstairs and ordering a drink at this establishment again. I have given it multiple times while staying at the Graduate….never fails to be a disappointment.
