Great friendly, old-fashioned Wisconsin pub. Pretty good bar food. Good jukebox. Nice customers. Reasonably-priced drinks. Even a decent selection of mid-grade whiskies. Loved this place. Five stars for being great at what it is. Don’t expect a dozen craft brews on tap here. This is a Bud/Miller kind of place with maybe one other option, like New Glarus Spotted Cow on tap.

I wish I could comment more, like on food which was why we stopped, but after the bartender pointed out that he didn’t make money on “water sales” we left! I can only assume that the older guy behind the bar must own the place because “water sales”, and your terrible attitude actually lost your place money!

The prices were great. It was a pretty popular place and got busy while we were there. They do make food, but we could hear the two people working (an older man and woman) complaining about having to cook, calling the people who ordered food idiots. The mugs we got were cracked at the handles, but they were frosty and it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. All in all, I’d go back if I was looking for a cheap drink, but I wouldn’t order food or a complicated cocktail.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The guy working, I assume is the owner, George was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend and come back if ever in the area again. Food takes a while, but worth the wait!!

The food was terrific, one of the best burgers I’ve had this year. Diamond pool table, 75 cents. Great drinks, great staff.

Stopped in for lunch on our first day in Door County. My kind of place. It’s a bar; nothing fancy. Burgers were great. Drinks were very well-priced. Bartender knows his job and does it well. Overall, I highly recommend Poh’s for food and drinks (and atmosphere, if you’re not the “ I want to see and be seen” type).

Food was pretty good, would go here again. However our chicken tenders, fries and cheese curds took a while to be served to us. Plus they were out of chicken wings. Furthermore, the environment of the place was very welcoming and friendly. Music was nice, prices were good, and owners were kind as well.
