Tried Pocono Pines Pizza for takeout and overall had a good experience. The pizza was flavorful and well-made—I’d give it a 4/5. The only minor downside was the crust, which was a bit on the harder side for my taste. That said, it was still a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal in the area.

Better options nearby, place is a joke. Place went downhill fast after Amedeo’s. First time we tried, pizza was very doughy. Tried again, scicilian ended up in the garbage and they charged the CC 3 times.
After about a year we tried to see if they got their stuff together, they did not. Was told 15 minutes for 1 pie. I got there in 20, then had to wait another 30 mins JUST FOR 1 PIE. Tonight all I called in was 1 order of 6 garlic knots. I stop by they aren’t done. 30 minutes total now for 6 knots. The owner refused to cancel my order and refund me. He instead went to the back and came back with 6 cold garlic-free dough balls. Dominics 8 minutes down the road way better, other options in Pocono Summit.

So awhile back I saw a picture of garlic knot pizza from here and it looked incredible, so I decided I had to come. What we got was not that picture. The garlic knots on the pizza were these miniature things. Not really worth it for the price compared to a plain pie. Pizza was ok, crust was pretty hard. They do have a big menu.

The food here was incredible. The Chicken Alfredo, Stromboli, and Pizza were all absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to visit the Poconos again and order food from here EVERY night.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, please look up a cheesesteak pizza recipe and tell me in what world you put marinara sauce on it. In dollops all over the top, not even underneath everything. But I will say I do believe they threw it all over the top of the pizza to hide the fact that there was BARLEY any meat on it. I mean seriously little to non. Not even every slice has meat on it. And for some reason they wouldn’t let me get a side of lettuce and tomato? Very odd place and pizza is mid. Spent $50 and regret it. (EDIT- based off of the response I’ve gotten from this place, I just wanted to say that there wasn’t even HALF of a cheesesteak worth of meat on there. And I have pictures. I’ll accept the fact that yall make your pizza a little differently with the sauce, but instead of basically calling me a liar, please just do better. Thanks!)

The only thing worse than the food at this place is the customer service. I ordered a turkey club with French fries and asked for ketchup and honey mustard on the side, obviously for the fries. When I got back home with my food I realized they put the honey mustard and ketchup on my sandwich. Bread was not toasted so it was soggy and gross. It was an honest mistake, even if it was a very silly one. Who puts ketchup and honey mustard on a sandwich? I called the restaurant and asked them to remake the order, I was left on hold for 10 minutes and then was told someone would call me back but they never called back.
The first time I came here I got the chicken tenders and they were undercooked and gross, but i decided to give this place another shot. I wish I hadn’t.
Jubilee is right up the road from them and knows how to treat their customers, eat there instead!

Always request well done and it never happens. Waited about 1 hour for my pizza return home and it’s hardly cooke. Not sure what more I can do….
