The chicken Cesar was fresh and crunchy! We also had garlic bread, meatballs, and homemade lemonade . (The lemonade will be refreshing on a hot summer day) I’m definitely going back to try their gluten-free noodles and Bolongese sauce.

Fantastic + friendly service! The Alfredo with chicken was so flavorful, and the meatball sub was fantastic. The portions were generous, and there’s plenty of covered seating. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is some of the best pasta I have ever had! The portions are large and can hold you over for at least 2 meals! Pasta tastes fresh and the sauce is delectable! We live in the orchards area and the food stayed hot and delicious the full drive home! 100% recommend eating here. I will be telling all friends and family about this place.

This is a cute little food cart in a great location in downtown Ridgefield. They serve two types of pasta, four sauce choices, and there are proteins and additional toppings you can add if you like. I tried Alfredo sauce with added pesto. It was SO GOOD, and the “small” size was more than enough for me. I will be back!

Food, service, and owner are AMAZING. Lovely spot with some other great food trucks, too. Polka Pasta is delicious though. The owner was so sweet, as was the other staff member. My family and I tried a few options on their menu, and everything was flavorful and warm and everything I want on a wintery day. That sauce! And don’t get me started on the spinach pasta…

1st time visit. I didn’t know what to order, so asked what was their most popular. They recommended, and I ordered, the regular pasta, with chicken & alfredo sauce. Got 2nd order of the pasta, pesto with meatballs. The chicken alfredo was amazing, pesto was pretty good, meatballs a little dry, but tasted good. Will definitely be getting this again. Portions were good sized.

My friends in CA made a delivery order for me so we could all be eating spaghetti while watching “Alien” in remembrance of my mother who passed away this week. Stephanie went the extra mile to go to the store and buy spaghetti noodles since it’s not on their menu and delivered it to me herself. It’s the sweetest most wonderful thing a total stranger has ever done for me.
