Really good Tex‐Mex food. A little pricey but you get a lot of food for your buck. I got the steak burrito and my wife got the bowl. We couldn’t finish them. What was really good for us, was the street corn! We loved it. Plenty of cotija cheese, just needed more of that seasoning. Definitely coming back for the street tacos and Loaded Pablano Fries!

Portion of burrito was impressive. Meat portion was light. Meat felt tough to chew. Sweet plantains were RIPE, HOT, and FRESH. The gentleman who eventually greeted me was energetic and accommodating. As I started to request ingredients be held (pico, cheese) he started to suggest replacements! The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It’s gross in there and there’s no reason for it. The location is clearly in great shape and a newer build. The staff seem to want to carry over some of the lesser traits of a family owned/hole in the wall business.

We came to Pablo’s for the first time after my mom placed a DoorDash order and immediately told us we needed to try it in person. I’m usually very particular about Mexican food because I love it to be truly authentic, but from the moment we walked in, Pablo welcomed us with such a friendly attitude that we felt right at home.
The food was delicious and came out fast. We had a small issue with our order, and Pablo took care of it right away with no hesitation—he treated us like family. The birria tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and tasted genuinely authentic. My son ordered the kids’ chicken nuggets with HOMEMADE fries, and we also tried the birria grilled cheese with tomato soup—so good!
We ordered for four people and still had leftovers, so it was definitely a great investment, especially when supporting our community. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This is an order at the counter restaurant. They also have kiosk/screens available for self-service ordering. I tried the steak salad and ground beef Quesadilla. My husband had the Dorito nachos. The Quesadilla was quite greasy. The food was all tasty. My steak salad combo was $19.

I never leave reviews, but my friend and I tried this place for the first time the other day and I was just so happy with everything. Trinity is so sweet and has a great personality and customer service. As someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for 6 years, it’s really not often when I’m super super impressed with the service, but she was great. She said before we left “see you next time” Girl yes you will Lol this place is so good. I ordered takeout today and got the same thing I ordered the other day and it was just as great and they even threw in an extra taco, I don’t know if that was accidental or not but either way it was greatly appreciated. yall definitely have a returning customer.

I’ve lived in York for 2 years and I honestly don’t know what took me so long to eat here. Food was made to order and so delicious and fresh. The staff was super friendly. We ate inside and I only wish there was some music playing in the background lol. We’ll definitely be back though.

Employees were super friendly and nice. The food portions were amazing! You’ll probably have leftovers. My husband got the chicken burrito, I got the birria tacos and we also got the loaded fries. Also, it’s a very clean and organized place. Bathrooms were super clean. My husband and I are definitely coming back to this place.

This was my first visit, and it did not disappoint! I was not sure what to get with all the choices available. I asked what the owner would recommend, and we came up with the birria tacos. I asked for their special Poblano sauce, and it was an excellent choice to go with the tacos.
We also tried both homemade empanadas with chicken and beef. Those both had great flavors and were cooked to perfection.
My lunch companion had the chicken rice bowl. I was not able to get that picture before she was devouring it! It must have been good. Most places we go, we usually come home with leftovers. Not today! I was pleasantly surprised when I looked over and her bowl was completely emptied.
The owners are very friendly and easy to talk with. It was a great pleasure to spend some time talking to them and learning about their culinary background.
I will definitely recommend this place and will return again when I’m in the area.

I tried this place through DoorDash! Freaking amazing food. Coming from a place that’s known for its food and moving up to Pennsylvania with their food is not the greatest finding a really good food place is like a diamond in the rough. This food is amazing and delicious. I tried the loaded poblano fries with the corn and Cream sauce. The cilantro and I put steak on it. It was amazing. And if you love dessert And cheesecake they fried churro cheesecake with the caramel sauce is absolutely heavenly. It’s just enough, but not too rich to where you don’t wanna eat at all. It comes with six pieces and oh my God it’s so good. you will not go wrong ordering from this place. I don’t know what the inside of the area looks like cause like I said I ordered from DoorDash, but was looking for something different and even my youngest son ate the fries without any issues and he is a super picky eater. He absolutely loves them as well So win-win. Really truly cannot say enough about this place and how good their food is the steak was super tender and if poblano Mexican grill if y’all need a sponsor, I will promote you. All I ask is that I get food in return Will be ordering from them in the future definitely!
