Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the shakes were sooo good! Cozy atmosphere, and the hospitality was top-notch. They have indoor and outdoor seating too. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!!

UPDATE: Dinner ️ craft Burger and non-burger sandwich are awesome. I had the truffle stack craft burger and homemade potato chips was amazing and my dining partner had a ‘BigChick’ chicken BLT sandwich and street corn it was delicious . Highly recommend for dinner and breakfast!!!!

I started going to poached in 2019, service was then, not now, very good. Apparently roughly 2 years ago it was bought out, and I didn’t notice much for the first year, little decor change, most of the same employees and excellent service, quick seating stopped in yesterday and a very unhappy looking server had one girl she was putting on a waiting list and two more waiting to get on the list and myself. The server put the first person on the list, and then the other two. I was standing 2 ft from the server, completely ignored for what would have been a party of four. Simply turned and Left. All tables outside, I would just 14 were empty. Even on a cooler day like that day, it was very unusual. Then I found out why. I asked if we could sit outside since they had a waiting list inside I was told no they didn’t have service you could go outside. Tell me the way that had been 15 minutes was now 20 added to the tenant already been standing there would make it a half an hour in a restaurant with 14 empty outdoor tables and 8 in door empty tables in a dining room that could easily be handled by two servers full, and apparently weren’t willing to sit anybody until they had cleaned and bust every table so they could apparently relax. After years ago there, I will never be back. I did get a management person on the phone later, and that was a poor experience at best. There was no sign of a hostess or manager when I was in the store I was scanning the store as best I could, and literally saw absolutely no one there helping bussing tables talking to people up front nothing.

Their salads are huge and come with a nice toasted sourdough slice (or two) on the side. Their poached eggs are absolutely amazing, definitely try them. If you like spice, try their firestarter Benedict! It’s not too spicy and has an incredible flavor. I got their creamy hash brown casserole as a side, which was the perfect complement!

What a great little hidden gem! Our server Germaine was amazing, and the food was fantastic. A wonderful breakfast menu, and now the have dinners (Fish looked good). Great place for brunch or dinner!

Germaine was an amazing server! My little son was antsy and hungry. She made the effort to get his pancakes out right away so he was content and happy. She was incredibly attentive to the rest of our meal as well!

Now they are open for dinner ! Try it.!! Like a 50s diner menu – burgers fries & shakes along with triple deckers, quesadillas among other favorites. All with a spin on it. Very attentive waiter Gilvan. You won’t be disappointed especially when you want light fare for dinner at a fare price

We went for their soft opening for the unveiling of their dinner menu (burgers, shakes, etc). Owners did a great job coming up with an assortment of gourmet burgers with clever names. They make their own chips as the standard side which were perfectly crispy and salted. Burger was fantastic, with properly cooked bacon and delicious garlic alioli. Make sure to save room for a shake, though. I got the pumpkin one and it was like drinking a slice of pie. Best part is that they use real whipped cream, not something out of a squirty can. Thick, creamy and delicious!
Its a breakfast place that is just turning on to a dinner place, so ambiance is as expected. But, if you’re eating a burger, fries and a shake, do you really need a linen napkin.
Give it a shot. You might discover your new favorite burger joint.
Update 1.0. Went back to explore other non-burger parts of the menu. Had the reuben egg rolls and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Both were amazing. The Nashville chicken had a bit of a kick, but nothing crazy and the touch of honey was awesome. The reuben egg rolls were incredible, too.
Last word, when you see chips as a side, you might expect chips from a bag of ruffles or lays. Not so here. They are house made chips. Perfectly crispy and perfectly seasoned. (Oh wait, I see i already commented on the chips in the last post. Yes, they are that good!

Nice restaurant. Visited for breakfast on Sun 4/24/22 For us, It was a welcome change from the very popular restaurants we normally visit for breakfast. Hash brown Patties were a little greasy but we both enjoyed our delicious omelettes. Great Service provided by our waitress
