Stopped in here for lunch after hearing about their James Beard award nomination and man I was not disappointed. The food and the service were great. We had spiced rice, goat, samosas, spinach, and the sausages. I would say the spinach and the samosas are absolutely can’t miss items 10/10. I also loved the goat! The staff were incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Recommended by a friend. This place is located at the lower- level food court inside the ‘Robinson Renaissance’ office building. We have no problem finding a parking spot. This place opens 0930 to 1430 hours. First time taste food from Africa, we ordered pilau chicken with spinach (recommended from the reviews) cabbage, goat meat, plantin, and free samosas for the first timer. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it to all. If you can’t make it to downtown OKC, follow their food truck.

I’m a visitor from San Diego and their food truck was at the event I was at. There were limited vegetarian options, but I found that their truck could accommodate me. I didnt want to settle for french fries again lol. I had the coconut beans, creamed spinach, and pilau and maaaaaaan that meal blew me away. So much that I wanted to show them love on here. If you’re with a group of friends that are meat eaters, you would still be able to go here and enjoy and incredible meal. Hats off to the chef! And a million chefs kisses!!!

I had chicken pilou with spinach and the masala fries and samosa. It was good!! The samosas were crispy on the outside and perfectly flavored throughout. Check them out when you see them.

I didn’t eat at the physical location, but their food truck came to OU’s campus. I got the jollof rice with chicken and plantains – they gave me a complimentary samosa too! Everything tasted amazinggg, and the workers were so friendly. The samosa especially had the perfect texture. I can’t wait until they come back to OU’s campus, and I’m making plans to go to the OKC location soon.

This Kenyan food spot has always been a favorite of our family’s! We had the opportunity to give our visiting family the experience and taste of home. Stacy and Brian, the owners, are always so kind and friendly. We absolutely love their chips masala, sausages, samosas, chappo, coconut beans, chicken, beef stew, and more. We are so glad to have a taste of home close by.
