Great coffee shop located right in town with the best espresso I’ve had in awhile. I bought a bag for home and it’s just as delicious. It has the right amount of bitterness to start and a nice sweet finish. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink and an espresso bag to go!

My favorite coffee shop downtown Newburyport. Recently tried their “mom’s favorite” pastry which was delicious. I buy their ground coffee for home and enjoy their iced coffee flavors in store. Their rewards system provides good value.

Plume is the best! I usually get a matcha (sometimes a latte), and it’s always perfect. The pastries are also delicious. Everyone who works here is so friendly and awesome. It’s such a cozy spot with the best vibe!

The “Mom’s Favorite” pastry was delicious! The iced latte was nice and balanced. The service was excellent, and the baristas were well-paced, even with it being relatively busy. Cafe seating and bathrooms were clean. This was a nice, much-needed pick-me-up and a great place to relax!

Cutest little corner coffee shop! I’ve been in 3 times and each time I got the pumpkin spice chai because of how delicious it was. The third time I got it, I definitely went during a rush and the chai was waaay too spicy I couldn’t finish it. Just a note for the baristas. Their other drinks, pastries and treats look fabulous, but some consistency with the drinks tasting the same each time is important. I’ll definitely be back!

I just had the best brownie in my whole life here at Plume Cafe. Most brownies (and cookies) are so sweet, it’s like eating a pound of sugar, but not here. The brownie was perfect – not too sweet and moist (more like cake). It was so good. I had a cup of hot chocolate to go with it, and that too, was very good! The young woman at the counter was very nice and fast. I highly recommend this place!

Don’t let the absence of reviews fool you, this place is a gem. From what I can gather, this is a relaunched shop under a new name. Coffee is well made and complemented by delicious pastries. It’s apparent that a lot of thought went into crafting an experience, from the stoneware to the brass cutlery. Massive windows let light fill the cozy but contemporary space. I’d come here every day if I was local.

Stopped by on a Sunday. I got the Caramel Jungle latte and got a peach crumble cake. I enjoyed the pastry but very disappointed about my drink. It was sooo milky. I couldn’t even taste the caramel or coffee. I got a good sip of the pb that sat at the bottom of the cup. Wasn’t a fan of this drink. I’d go back for a reg coffee or something.

Best matcha of Newburyport no doubt. I’ve tried all other matcha options in nbpt and they were extremely disappointing. Would 100% go here again to satisfy my matcha craving. Price is very good for matcha of decent quality in this economy too.
