Most delicious food, homemade pasta, the sauces were like nothing I’ve had before. Gourmet 5 Star!! The vegetables are locally sourced and taste like they were picked off the vine that morning. Crunchy plum salad was my favorite! The service was the best I’ve ever had. Danny was an excellent server. Very calm. Respectful. Right there whenever we needed anything. I will definitely be back.

We just finished our meal- it was delicious! We had the grilled romaine salad-rich and creamy dressing over the Smokey lettuce and sweet tangy pickled radish-yum! I had the papperdell stroganoff- large portion of tender meat, mushrooms, creamy sauce and lovely wide noodles! I nearly ate the whole huge portion because it was incredibly divine! My husband had the pumpernickel cavatelli- if you like a creamy deconstructed Reuben, this is your dish. Lovely setting, attentive friendly server-Kenzie! If you are in Rockford you must go! Also overheard people on both sides of us enjoying other dishes!

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, and i am glad he did. Upon arriving we were welcomed in by the owner and sat at the bar for a drink. The crafted drinks here are outstanding, I had the 815 and my wife had the express lane . After our drink we were taken to our table and I ordered a Boozy Bonfire which was also a great drink , but I liked the 815 more. Our waiter came to take our order . We ordered the green bean small plate, along with the Suppli. Bean appetizer was good, the Suppi was outstanding. Our two entrees we ordered were the hot chicken and the pumpernickel cavatelli. The hot chicken was cooked to perfection and the crispy chicken skin took it over the top. The polenta and olive oil braised greens put with the chicken made a great bite all together. My favorite entree of the nite was the pumpernickel cavatelli. This dish has brisket , cabbage , cheese. The Smokey brisket with the sauté cabbage and sauce was addictive and made me want to order the dish again so I could wake up and have it for breakfast! After our entree we ordered a dark chocolate gelato which was a great ending to our wonderful meal. Thank you Plume for the wonderful dining experience. We will be back, we will recommend.

Food was absolutely amazing everything I had was seasoned perfectly and fresh would definitely come back…..we sat in the basement I love how they kept a little raskeller in….love it
Went here for the NYE 4 course menu…..it was amazing every bit was perfect great portions one of the best restaurants in rockford hands down please try it

Pasta is cooked al dante and ricotta is smooth & creamy. Both their pasta & ricotta are housemade. Their beef tenderloin is very good and their marinara rivals their cream sauce. Their cellar is very nice. Only thing is the waitress forgot our complementary anniversary champagne and our reserved table was very small (like an end table). We tried to move, but husband couldn’t get down the cellar steps. We just got flutes of champagne and managed to get used to the table. We’ll be back to try other dishes.

I recently dined at Plume for my mother’s birthday celebration. The establishment was wonderful. The lasagna was tasty and baked to perfection .

This was an excellent first experience here. My food was delicious, grilled cauliflower for the first course, then a pasta dish that just had comfort food vibes with wide noodles and grilled mortadella. The tiramisu was good too. I do prefer mine a little wet with the coffee liqueur though. Next time I am trying the pork chop.

Plume delivered an unforgettable dining experience, from the fantastic food to the top-tier service. Our server, Zach, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly made our night special. Plus, the QR code coaster menu made ordering a breeze, and we appreciate their commitment to sustainability and that it allows them to continuously update their menu with local fresh flavors.
We kicked things off with the Suppli and a special for the evening, the Duck Pierogi, both of which were amazing. A nice surprise? The complimentary Carne Salada, a delicious little bonus that allowed us to step outside our comfort zone.
For our mains, we went with two standout pasta dishes. The Paccheri Pesto – A perfect blend of flavors and Pappardelle Stroganoff – Comfort food at its best, with perfectly tender brisket.
And then came the grand finale—the Brown Butter Blueberry Tart, a special for the night. It is hard to stray from the perfect tiramisu, but we’re so glad we did.
Between the great food, thoughtful touches, and Zach’s stellar service, Plume completely knocked it out of the park. If you haven’t been yet, go—you won’t regret it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

I had dinner here with a group of coworkers last night. The food was AMAZING!!!!!! We all tried something different and it was all so well prepared and presented. The flavors were outstanding. All of the specialty drinks were good as well. The bar tender was friendly. Our waiter Danny was great and matched our energy. I highly recommend Plume and congratulations to the owner for selecting a great chef and staff. I will be back.
