Choose from one of our predesigned menus or customize your own. We offer breakfast as well as lunch, dinner, and late night catering. From spring -fall we vend at festivals and farmers markets. Waited an hour outside in the heat for a rice and pulled pork dish at Tyler Arboretum. When I asked for utensils I was told they ran out. No apology. No suggestions. Server literally turned away and moved on to next order. Pulled pork was tender but lacked any distinguishing flavor profile. I would have forgiven the whole thing if there had been any communication about the shortage or an apology. Sadly, I got neither.

Wow, totally blown away by the food and the freindlyness of the staff. Had a rice bowl, the surf and turf sandwich, and the Mac and Cheese. All were excellent. The smoke on the chicken was subtle and excellent. The jerk seasoning was spicy but not overpowering. And the Mac and Chesse? Creamy and perfect! Can’t wait for them to come around again.

Angie and her team was as professional as it gets. We held an event in New Jersey and reached out to Plum Pit very last minute to schedule something. They came out and provided incredible service and their food was top notch. Everyone had the most positive reviews of the food (especially the Surf and Turf).
