Came in a Saturday night and had the awesome server, Travis. He was so polite and attentive. We had everything we needed at all times. Food came out hot, fries were fresh and we always had full drinks. Loved Travis’s confidence in recommending all the best things from the menu.
We came on game night and loved the see the comraderie and business of the restaurant. The restaurant wa a lean, had people in and out and has great staff.
Will be back!

This was my first time ever coming to pluckers! My leg is currently broken, and the Front Door Greeters noticed and came to open the door before I even got to it! They were exceptionally attentive and generous. My server’s name was Savaiah’s; her service was spectacular. Food came out in amazing time as well! 10/10 Highly recommend this place

Kylee & Kaleb did a marvelous job in cheering me up, i left an uber in the middle of street during the road closures around 9pm tonight and walked over to plucker’s for drinks/wings and both Kylee & Kaleb made me smile and laugh. I was happy by the end of the night and I’m totally coming back to try out their best cocktail drinks! Thank you both for being there because i had a long day as a teacher and y’all made my night so much better. I called an lyft home and just got home safe. Plucker’s your entire staff is outstanding and very thoughtful. Keep up the great work!

Pluckers is honestly one of my favorite places to go, which is why this experience was pretty disappointing.
My girlfriend and I arrived around 10:30 PM knowing they close at 12, so we understood it was late and didn’t expect everything to be perfect. Our appetizers came out quickly and were actually really good. But when we ordered our main food around 10:45, it ended up taking almost an hour. We didn’t receive our food until around midnight.
I ordered the Gut Grenade and unfortunately the patty was very dry. The buns weren’t toasted and felt like cold grocery store buns straight out of a bag. My loaded fries barely had any fries on the plate and the few that were there were burnt.
We didn’t plan on staying until closing, but the food took so long to come out that we didn’t really have a choice. There were also a few other tables around us that seemed to be dealing with similar wait times.
While we were still eating, staff started sweeping the floors using flashlights and they were repeatedly shining them toward our table and into my girlfriend’s eyes while we were trying to finish our food.
I do want to say our server was very nice, and I didn’t want to make things harder for him by sending food back that late. But it was disappointing to end up spending about $50 on food we didn’t really enjoy.
I’ve had many great experiences at Pluckers before, which is why this one stood out. I’m hoping it was just an off night because I’d still love to keep coming back.

Our server was a little busy, but other than that , the same great tasting food! Giana was very polite and understanding when an issue arose with one of our appetizers, and had it corrected. Keep up the great work

Went mid afternoon after the lunch rush so they weren’t busy. The food was fantastic but it took forever, as did our server. It’s fried food, but it took well over 20 minutes for the food to arrive (some wings, tenders, and tater tots). At least it arrived hot and tasty. They certainly don’t skimp on the size of the wings or tenders either.
Our server however, had to be flagged down for everything. You’d think that at the very least if you’re serving folks some spicy food you’d check on their drink refills but no. She also offered nothing beyond a box for to go foods, she had to be asked for to-go cups and just watched us try and situate a sauce container without offering a lid. Good times.

I had an amazing experience at Pluckers, and a huge part of that was our server, Travis. He was super attentive without ever being overbearing — our drinks were always full, food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and he checked in at just the right times to make sure everything was perfect. He also knew the menu really well and gave great recommendations, especially when it came to sauces and wing flavors. His suggestions were spot-on and made the experience even better.

Travis was hands down the best server I’ve ever had at Pluckers, and he truly made my birthday unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was so attentive, kind, and genuinely fun—he made us feel celebrated the entire time. You can tell he really cares about his guests and goes above and beyond, not just doing his job but making the experience special.
The food was amazing. My wings were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and exactly what I was craving. The fries were hot, crispy, and addictive, and the fried pickles were chef’s kiss—perfectly crunchy with just the right amount of tang. My sweet tea was always refilled without me even having to ask, which I really appreciated, and Travis made sure I had one to-go so I could enjoy it later too.

Super pleased ! My birthday is mid October and after some communication by the bartender and manager ; they were able to kindly accommodate for me since today is Oct 1st. They took honesty on a big level here and I really appreciate the fact they didn’t throw me out the door and instead trusted me I was going out of town the week of my bday and the BDAY wings are only for that week . so the fact they were able to still accommodate means a lot, thank you pluckers ! Kylie was super amazing and patient ! She did not take my sassiness into consideration and instead switched my mood around with a smile . if you’re thinking why to come to pluckers? Trust it’s not just the wings .

Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff.
We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information.
This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations.
If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time.
This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.
