I had dinner at Pluckers, and the food itself was good. The server did an exceptional job; she was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond when issues came up. The dining area was a bit on the cold side, but the main concern was that our beers were served in dirty glasses. After we had already started drinking, we noticed residue, fingerprints, and what looked like dried food pieces inside the glasses.
Once we informed our server, she immediately replaced the drinks, and we appreciated her handling of the situation. Still, it was disappointing and pretty unpleasant to realize the original glasses were not clean.

Second location to serve dressing with a nice thick skin on top and very funky smell. The first time was in restaurant. This time is a to go order: 2 blue cheese dips were cold to the touch and smelled normal. 1 smelled extra funky with no skin, 2 were room temp with a skin on top and funky smelling.

I went to Pluckers last week and all I can say is, it was delicious! The Holy Mac is a must-try, and the fried pickles were perfectly crispy and flavorful. If you’re ordering wings, I highly recommend the Spicy Lemon Pepper or Vampire Slayer sauce, both were amazing and packed with flavor.
Our server, Jay, was absolutely top notch. She stayed on top of everything, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly gave us the best service.
I definitely recommend coming to eat here and make sure to ask for Jay!

My spicy bbq wings were cold and I didn’t taste no BBQ sauce at all more like siracha flavor, chips were stale queso was good though … Waffle fries were cold . But they came out fast I was like dang that was quick… Kinda like they gave us reheated food or something. Thumbs down to this location.

Worst experience ever. I’ve previously written a glowing review for this location. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but this location is not worth it. The last three times I’ve been here the food and service has been progressively worse. Yesterday took the cake. It took 35min for a waitress to even come to our table to take drink order. Then another 30min to get our food and appetizer. She never once asked us if we wanted a refill. When the food came it was dry, overcooked and cold. The “melted cheese” was cold, hard, and dry. *see pics* The wings were so dry and overcooked that they were hard to even chew. I love Pluckers but do not come this location if you want a good Pluckers experience. I’m so disappointed. I know the Austin and San Antonio locations are still great, though!

We dined in a few weeks ago and had a good experience. This week I was feeling bad so my husband picked it up. I was craving the loaded chips. We started to pick at them when I saw what I thought was a string of cheese. Weird since it has blue cheese. As I reached with a fork I pulled a long dark hair that had bleu cheese on it peaking out from under the pile. Needless to say we lost our appetites! Gross!! I called immediately and was compensated for the chips. I’m sorry but if you ruin someone’s dinner, more should be done than that and prevent this from happening.

This was my first time at this location and I truly look forward to going back all because of the AMAZING waitress we had Andrea! She was truly one of a kind and made our time and experience at the restaurant memorable. Her service alone would be the reason I would return. The food was good and fresh also and I love all of the different varieties of sauces that they offer. 10/10 I recommend!

This Pluckers location was a terrible experience. It was my first time but the person I was with loves this restaurant in another location. ALL of our food was cold. Things we ordered didn’t come. AND additional things came that we didn’t order. We mentioned this to our waiter and the lady that delivered our food. Neither acted like they cared. I even expressed my concern and mentioned I would leave a negative review because of the food. I tipped him because I felt bad that it wasn’t his fault but my daughter was even more upset by both of the employees lack of customer service to our discontent. I will not visit this place again. Very bad.

This is the first pluckers I was disappointed by in years and our waiter couldn’t have cared less about our experience he just kept saying “ok” to everything…..First off the food was ice cold. I got lemon pepper wings and it was so old and cold my sauce was dried up on what’s usually “wet” wings…..and my daughter got a grilled cheese and it was so cold the cheese wasn’t melted ……looked like a piece of toast with a slice of cheese slapped on it and served no heat….Then we ordered an appetizer and never even received it since they were so quick to rush out the nasty food that had apparently been sitting in the kitchen since opening…..And this was my Mothers first time at pluckers….not a good first impression at all and I won’t recommended to anyone else.
