Love the new place! The ambiance is beautiful and so inviting. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I tried the El Maro with chicken and Pecante sauce, served with elote and chips on the side — absolutely amazing, as always! Highly recommend this spot for anyone in Fayetteville looking for great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Fayetteville’s Coolest New Hidden Gem!

Swurl is exactly what Dickson Street needed! Tucked away in the back of Plomo, this new margarita bar is such a fun surprise — part secret spot, part tropical getaway. The vibe is fresh and playful, with colorful lights and the kind of energy that makes you want to stay for “just one more.”

The margaritas are next level — creative twists on the classics with flavors that actually taste fresh, not sugary. Every drink feels crafted with care and a sense of fun.

The staff is super friendly and clearly having a great time, which adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re pre-gaming for a night out, looking for a laid-back hang with friends, or looking for a late-night drink and bite, Swurl nails it.

Enter the gate in the back of Plomo and you’ll find Fayetteville’s newest obsession.

We came before seeing a show at the Walton art center and the food was delicious! There was only one employee working and the young lady was KILLING it. She was taking
orders, cooking all of the food, and cleaning up totally solo- I’m honestly shocked at how good the food was and how clean it was. She did it all with an amazing attitude too! I will totally be back, but I hope they are able to hire some more people to help out!

This was our first time in Fayetteville. So glad we found this place. It was so yummy! The Escobar was delicious with elote! And the queso and guacamole. Also try the spicy mango sauce. And a really good price for all the food. You can definitely split meals. The workers were also so nice and gave us tips about where to tour around the campus.

Went to the Dickson location several times so far, fresh, delicious, high quality food, service is great, reasonable prices. Some of the combos sound strange but are usually tasty, even though I’m a basic meat and cheese type of guy. Even the basic chicken has a subtle grilled flavor that pairs well with the melty, melty cheese. Elote is really good! Chips looked a touch overcooked but they were PERFECT. Great business!

College crowd definitely likes it, me not so much.
Cup of Elote wasn’t that good, the only thing was the Chorizo Mac & Cheese. I guess I am use too Old style Mexican food.

This is a very different kind of place, not the usual fare. The food was very good, and, the staff were extremely friendly. I had the Vasquez with jerk chicken “dirty” and it was delicious. We will definitely be going back there again.

I was starting to get hungry for lunch I saw someone sitting outside eating and decided to hop in — was recommended to try the el padrino by the sweetest gal at checkout with the warning that it was very SPICY
