There was nothing positive to say about this place. My wife and I have a lot of dining experiences, but we lowered our expectations for this restaurant. Nothing could have prepared us for how terrible this place was.
From the moment we walked in, the servers were rude. The tables and booths were held together with duct tape. There was a huge pile of boxes in the middle of the restaurant. The bathroom doors wouldnt close on their own, so I had a nice view of the toilets while we ate.
My wife ordered from the menu and I ordered the buffet. The food my wife ordered was scoooped from the buffet onto a plate.
The buffet was tiny, missing a lot of stuff and looked like it had been sitting out all week. The thing that resembled sushi in another life, was a hard dry puck. The ginger was yellow. The chicken was rock hard and dry. The worst egg rolls I’ve ever had. I dont know how you screw up something that comes precooked and frozen.
We waited forever for refills. Had 3 different servers. All rude. Never asked how things were. I asked for siracha sauce and they told me to get it myself.
The worst was when I was ready to leave. After sitting for 10 minutes I finaly went to the counter to ask where I pay. The troll of a woman who seemed in charge yelled at me to sit down. Literally yelled at me. I asked her to bring a box so we could take my wifes leftover broccoli home. She yelled, “hold on. Sit down!”
I was dumbfounded. As she brought the check and a takeout box, she threw the box on top of my wife’s plate. Seriously threw it! Like who does that?
Save yourself from a ruined dining experience. Avoid this place at all cost.

I always swear I will not go back to this place but being its close I do about once a year now.I use to go a lot when the man that owns the place use to be there all the time. I always like getting the buffet to go and the lady about has a cow when you get enough to fill up that little tiny styrofoam container they give you but she thinks it’s to much and she tells you.Then one time my young daughter, since she doesn’t like the soup put some white rice and then 4 pieces of general chicken in the soup container and the lady told her she was not allowed to do that. That’s when I said I wasn’t ever going back there, but i do after so long when I forget how awful it is. I give them over $8.00 for that food that sits there for hours and there going to be like that. They are lucky they have anyone going there anymore. I made the mistake and went there again tonight, haven’t been there in ages and again…I walk in there and the lady is scrapping the tiny little bit of food in each hot tray that looked like had been there for most of the day and most were empty so here i have hot food in my container and having to wait on more stuff I wanted in a buffet for crying out loud. Buffets are suppose to be full all the time and there should be no waiting when there is only one customer in there . This restaurant is the worst ever and is an embarrassment for Pleasant View to have . I honestly do not see how they stay in business and I think Ill go to Ashland City for now on to get Chinese.

We were out for the day and we ran across this place and decided to eat there,we had never been. We went in and there was nobody around not even workers. We start walking toward a table and a man comes out who can’t speak english and finally we realize he saying drink,so we say water. He hollers out at my sister trying to get in the bathroom that somebody is in there and it turns out it was the waitress yelling at somebody on the phone in the bathroom. We walk to the food bar and they are empty and nothing is out hardly. A little food here and there,but nothing to even hardly put on your plate. I am usually happy with anything,but this place was dead and empty and no food. So we just walked out and as we were pulling out of the parking space the waitress comes running toward our car and throws a paper towel on our windshield that my mom had took inside and left on the table by mistake and then the lady ran back to the doors and they all were looking at us. Such rudeness they don’t know how to run a business and have no customer service. I have never seen such rudeness and mean people and acting like babies. They need to fixed some food to put out and work on their customer skills. Will never go there again and now I know why it’s empty. They need to be shut down there is no telling what all goes on in that dreadful place. I just can’t get over how they acted when we didn’t do anything to them. Don’t eat here or give them business people like that don’t deserve it.

Some of the food is ok but compared to every other Chinese Buffet places this ranks at the bottom. I am ranking this on the fact that it would be my last choice of places to eat in the area.
