Customer service is questionable here. We where seated just fine. It took 10 minutes and telling our drink order to 3 waiters to get our drinks. The waiters did not communicate about tables but preferred to chat in at the check out hut. There was no drink menu available. Drink prices where very pricey even for pop. The menu was mainly in Spanish but the waiter who took our order didn’t know Spanish and we had to point out what we wanted so he could spell it out and then a second waiter came out to take our order he spoke Spanish so he knew exactly what we wanted. By the time our menus had been taken my drink was gone. I waited for 10 minutes before asking a waiter for a new drink. After another 10 minutes a different waiter came by and asked if I wanted anything else to drink. He then brought the drink out within minutes. SAVING GRACE the food is absolutely delicious steak, chicken, shrimp, cacti, cheese, onions & mushrooms, & jalapeños. Perfectly cooked along with the BEST homemade refried beans I’ve ever had. The rice was perfectly cooked and incorporated veggies. I’ve never seen it prepared that way but it was delicious. We asked for to go boxes. We tried to order dessert and the waiter didn’t know what sopapillas where. He asked if it was a real food…. we then order fried ice cream. We waited 10 minutes and it still hadn’t arrived. The waiter who understood Spanish came back and asked if he could take our tray we mentioned we where waiting for a to go box which he brought immediately after we told him we’d been waiting for. We then told this waiter we had ordered fried ice cream 15 minutes prior. He went up to the waiter who seated us and asked if he had put in our dessert order and the other waiter said he forgot to put our order in. It then took another 10 minutes to get our dessert. The ice cream had a beautiful presentation but it was not fried and it had 2 inches of whipped cream on top.
The only person doing any quality work and communication with customers was the Chef. He brought out and also picked up the plates/trays. The one waiter that spoke Spanish was mainly in the bar and the kitchen working but he was the only quality waiter present.
There where a minimum of 4 wait staff present and none of them did even close to an adequate job. The Chef did more of their jobs than they did. They stood around and talked and ignored customers. I’m sorry for the Chef and one waiter who knew how to work in the restaurant industry. They did the best they could with the staff that was there.

The food was good. it could’ve been a little spicier.
Service was slow and inattentive, and staff seemed bored. When ringing up our bill, the young lady at the register rested her head on the counter during the transaction.
Employees should never seem bored/tired (or maybe it was annoyed) during face to face interactions with a customer.

Our waiter was attentive and respectful. The other staff rude ah. I ordered a menudo and the quality was very disappointing- if I’m going to pay $30 for it I expect better quality. It had a side of rice that looked old and dry. My wife got chilaquiles it wasn’t the greatest either but she tried to eat what she could. I returned my menudo because no way I was going to eat it. It had maybe like 10 pieces of small meat in there. I complained and a lady came out. She was upset and wanted us to pay for it. She said well we made it and took out the product so you should pay for it. I said no way I’m going to pay for it if I didn’t eat and returned it right away for the reasons I gave. We went to the cashier . The young cashier was rude and said yes you are going to pay. I told them no I’m not. Over all they were upset at us but I just know I’m never eating there again!!

This was the second night in a row that we’ve eaten here on a work trip. And let me tell you, the energy in this place was AMAZING!
Pablo and Eliza were the best! Food was served quick, fast and in a hurry! Literally NO COMPLAINTS. And the flautas were amazing!

A very disappointing meal with absolutely no service beyond bringing the food first. I had the breakfast burrito and the sausage I am sure was just regular hot dog. I don’t believe the the manager ever suggested that the waiters check with the customer a few minutes after first bringing the food to see if anything additionally was desired. I won’t return.

I went here friday and boy was it worth it we had a spectacular night this place was wonderful from the food to our waiter although he looked very young he was very respectful with his sir’s and Ma’am’s considering it looked like they couldnt fit another soul in the building LOL. And this food was incredible we had the most flavorful dish it think we have ever had i had seen the reviews online and was skeptical but boy were they wrong i would recommend this place to anyone
