Had an amazing dinner at The Plaza in Niles! The food was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable – you get a lot of bang for your buck. We had the chicken parmesan and it was cooked to perfection.
The service was top-notch too! Our waitress was a doll, super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She took great care of us and even checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good.
The atmosphere was nice and cozy, and the decor was classic and elegant. All in all, we’d definitely come back to The Plaza again. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out!

This is one of my favorite restaurants but I haven’t been to happy there recently, My husband and our two young children go out to breakfast either Saturday or Sundays, I always get the biscuits and gravy (which is very good) anyways some of the staff members are amazing! They include our toddler and make him feel special, other staff members aren’t super friendly you get dirty looks etc. Overall this is a great place just wish some of their staff wouldn’t be so mean ♀️

Excellent food I went to the bathroom was clean as could be you could see through their kitchen it’s absolutely spotless this restaurant is so underrated it’s not fancy beautiful it’s very plain Jane but the food is excellent and the service is exceptional very overrated if I could give them 10 stars I would I really really enjoy the food it is very very good and very fresh and the service is just over the top wonderful those ladies work very hard to be very hospitable and very kind I always enjoy myself and I always enjoy the food top notch place

Erin’s customer service set this restaurant apart. We stopped in on a random trip to Niles. Erin greeted everyone warmly and was very outgoing and friendly! I loved how she knew her customers by name…We got quick efficient service with a down home feel. Food was very good. We will he back!

Walked in and there was a lady vacuuming around customers while they were eating. Sat down and it took 10 minutes atleast to get a menu and then another 15 or 20 minutes to get our order taken. We ordered a salad and a hot beef sandwich. It took close to 45 minutes to get something that should be a quick 10 minute prep max. They brought her salad and i waited another close to 10 minutes for my hot beef. While waiting, the lady vacuuming went by blowing vacuum dust and air all over us and others while they were eating.
The food was ok. Nothing to complain about. Spent $30 with tip for the chef salad and hot beef plus some mozzarella sticks.
Was the first and last time i will go there. I heard waitresses using unprofessional language behind the counter and seemed unorganized.

Not bad, we ordered liver and onions, fried pork loin it was delicious! I just didn’t care much about the gravy (it tastes like the one in packets) and the regular salad with its ranch dressing that’s too sour, the staff are very friendly and the service was fast. I noticed that the table area are so compressed, near to each other, before we sat we chose a table that has more space so we can sit properly but all in all the food aint bad.

This place is disgusting… we were given dirty silverware and had multiple hairs mixed in with my egg mess. I will never return and do not recommend it to anyone as everything is flavorless and apparently full of hair.

Reasonable prices and decent service but our food has always been undercooked or cold from sitting waiting to be brought to the table. The staff does try extremely hard to keep up with everything going on since they are a very popular and well known place.
