You’d be hard pressed to find another restaurant that has not only hometown vibes but, amazing food and REALISTIC prices!
Grabbed food for myself, my wife and my daughter tonight – a cheeseburger plate and 2 double cheeseburger plates with all the fixings and we did so for $31.34. Absolutely unheard of but, refreshing! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

I just had dinner at Plaza Pizza and I ordered the manicotti. I got my dinner and 1) very small portion, 2) was still partially frozen and 3) they put it back in the oven and it came back with the bottom being burnt. I’ve had their pizza and it was good but again small. I will not eat here ever again.

I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad meal here! The pizza price is very reasonable, and the grinders are quite tasty. I highly recommend the pepperoni sub! Just make sure you get extra pepperoni all in all Plaza is a Newport staple, so if you’re in town or need a place to grab lunch or dinner, stop in!

The steak sub would have been great had there been cheese on it, and I ordered extra cheese too and was in fact charged for it. Both mine and my husbands steak subs didn’t come with cheese. Other than that the onions rings were AMAZING, and my son really enjoyed his personal pizza.

5 star. At first, I thought $35 was expensive for a calzone, but holy crap, they’re HUGE. I ate off it for 4 days and couldn’t finish it. The quality of the meat, bread, and cheese was top-notch. Thank you for great service!

Where’s the meat? A couple years ago I ordered a meatball sub, and the meatballs were spaghetti size. I mean huge. Every bite was cheese, meat and veggies. And thats the way it was since i moved into the area in 1991.This time was 6 of the smallest meatballs i have ever seen in a 12 inch sub. Plenty of cheese and the fries were still fresh and great. But almost no meat. I’ m afraid to stop back and order their pizza. I use to swear by this place. Oh! How they have fallen.

I order here quite often and every single time I walk in its like i did something wrong. The people always seem to be in a bad mood or something and my steak and cheese was a disaster and very dry. I probably wont order here much more. I’ll give them time to redeam themselves but it most likely wont change. The pizza is good though

I ordered a ham and cheese sub, and while the flavor was good, the portion size felt a bit small and could have used more meat. The preparation area was near the counter where customers walk in and place orders, which might be worth reconsidering for a more sanitary setup. Overall, it was okay, but there’s room for improvement.
