Absolutely amazing experience! The $9.99 lunch special (Monday–Friday) is hands down one of the best deals in town. The portion size is generous and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The enchiladas were perfectly seasoned, the rice and black beans were delicious, and the tamale was soft and flavorful.
It even comes with chips and salsa and a drink included, which makes the deal even better. You truly can’t beat the quality and value for $9.99!
A special shoutout to Obed, our server — he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His great attitude and excellent service made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be coming back for lunch again soon. Highly recommend!

The margaritas are outstanding! I highly recommend the tamarind margarita and my family members loved their gold and pineapple habanero ones. My husband tried the pork tamales and they were a hit. Victor treated us very well!

I recently dined at Plaza Oaxac and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
To start with, the **shrimp** was notably dry and overcooked, leaving an unpleasant aroma that detracted from the meal. It was clear that the shrimp had not been prepared with care, resulting in a texture that was far from enjoyable. Accompanying the shrimp was a serving of **rice**, which lacked any flavor whatsoever; it felt more like a filler than a complement to the dish.
Additionally, the **taquitos** were similarly bland and overcooked, failing to deliver the expected crunch or taste. It was disheartening to see such potential wasted in what should have been flavorful offerings.
On a positive note, the **service** from our waiter was exceptional. They were attentive and friendly, which made the experience a bit more bearable. The **margarita** was also a standout, delivering on taste and refreshing qualities.
In summary, while the service and drink were commendable, the food was unfortunately lacking in flavor and quality. I hope the kitchen can address these issues, as there’s potential for a much better dining experience.

We have gone to many Mexican restaurants in the area, and we very disappointed with this one. Portions were small and price was big, though flavor disappointed. The margarita was good, that gave it an extra star, but the food was not good and expensive. There was a dish that was 10 tacos for 55 dollars which I feel is extremely expensive for what it is.

**Update 8/10/25 we previously had given this place 5 stars but this visit was not good. The woman that sat us down looked mad and barely said a hello. She never offered drinks so we just stuck with the water they brought. The amount of salsa with the chips is a tiny cup not enough for us 4. The prices are way to high for the quality of food and service they are providing. Lastly we ordered our go-to dish Molcajete . It was very disappointing the steak was so tough we left it all behind and the shrimp had zero flavor. They did bring us another portion of chicken to make up for the meat but still the price paid was not worth it for all that chicken. Sadly it was so disappointing we will not be coming back. For the record the kids quesdailla that we paid an extra $4 to add some chicken to was really good.**

Would have given 5 stars but for the commercial grade nachos served and lack of beer on tap (yes, it is an issue). Fajitas was great. View and ambience is splendid overlooking the towns quare and rink. BTW service staff are courteous and attentive.

Decided to try this place while on a family outing. Clean place, got sat fast, not busy. Took a bit for a server to come and see us. Pleasant and polite. Everything seemed to take a while, including the standard chips and salsa. Finally got food. Not bad. Felt like they shut off the heat in the middle of our meal. Very over priced for the quality and amount. There are better family options close by.

Everything is overpriced and low quantity. Food is barely servable and only looks any decent aesthetically. Only sat down and paid 30+ tip for 3 *miniature* tacos and a tamal because they gave chips and water by the time it was apparent that the entire menu is priced very high. Got seated quickly because the restaurant was empty and many people left after seeing the menu.
