So many options when it comes to ordering AMAZING food, vegan is a plus! They are always willing to go above and beyond my expectations. Not many places serve breakfast all day but you can bet The Plaza does! Although it can get busy at times the quality of service and food is the reason I come back! Great staff and amazing cooks!

I ate here for both breakfast and dinner while I stayed at the hotel. The dining room is very cozy and clean with nice views of the plaza and a good variety of table sizes. The food was reasonably priced and a good portion. It was good, usual American diner fare.

The service was great. That being said the food was BLAND,. absolutely no seasoning. Some of it came out cold. They were out of a few things at 8 p.m. on a Saturday so you have to accept whatever they have if you want to eat and you don’t find out that they are out until your food gets to the table. One of the people in the party was a vegetarian and the grilled cheese had pieces of shredded chicken metled into the cheese. Not sure if this is a trend in this part of New Mexico but we have been thoroughly disappointed thus far.

Located inside the Plaza Hotel, seems to get busy at night but had no problem grabbing breakfast in the morning. Very quick and friendly service, very quick turnaround on food. Delicious!

Our waiter was very professional and courteous. The food was horrible… my wife ordered a $37 Ribeye, the steak had NO seasoning and was full of grissel. The vegetables were frozen vegetables from Walmart as was the roll. The potatoes were cold , no seasoning, no butter , no gravy. She ordered sautéed mushrooms…… 2 pieces of mushroom….. they need to hire a cook who takes pride in his work and a manager who pays attention to what they are feeding people….. very disappointed for $138.00 meal.

Food was fantastic!
We met for lunch on a Wednesday at noon and there was only 1 waitress for a full restaurant (and the bar as well possibly ) she simply was unable to be everywhere at once to provide the service necessary (she was great though btw)
They could really be SO much better with more wait staff. Will definitely try again in the future and for dinner.

Amazing service and well taken care of. Staff is really sweet, but a bit of an issue with the food. Ordered the “chicken fried chicken” and it was a bit burnt. Not really much meat on it either. I felt the plate being 15$ that wasn’t really filling. Also, There wasn’t as much flavor in the mashed potatoes or green beans.

If you have no place to be soon this place is for you. Food was OK and served in warm plates. Nothing terribly fancy or high tech. One person working the dining room And a manager helping here and there.
But. A cook who’s ability is;

Restaurant is cutely appointed like the old hotel. And like the hotel rather dirty. People seated with no tables wiped down. A kitchen door that’s not been cleaned in months…can only imagine the kitchen. Back of house work being conducted in the dining room is always bad too. Watched a gent (please) wait to be seated totally ignored for five minutes by both women. Never even acknowledged. He turned and left
Overall; it met the needs. Next trip however we’ll look elsewhere.

Amazing! Absolute a great experience from start to end. The food was delicious and absolutely perfect, the prices are excellent, and the service might be the best in the state.
