My friends were in the mood for some really authentic Mexican food and I think we found one of my favorite hidden gems in Perth Amboy. The service was fantastic. We were taken care of every step of the way and I wish I took a picture of the chips and guac because that was a great pre cursor to the meal. I had ordered the steak burrito bowl and it was absolutely loaded with meat and all types of toppings. Paired extremely well with a Lime Jarrito. Will definitely be going again and excited to continue supporting this business!

I usually come here, and the food is good. Lately the food has been bad, with no taste and has become over priced. The service is horrible, and they need new waitresses. We arrived and no one came out to take our orders until 10 minutes later, and there were no costumers in the store. Overall they need better waitresses and better service.

The food is delicious! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a party of 7 adults and 5 children and we all left thinking the food was soo flavorful. I had the fajitas mixtas and the agua de tamarindo. We also ordered the tacos birrias to try and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

This restaurant is very good and has good food but one thing that I hate is that. When I was looking of what to order it showed me churros and a topping well I called and asked if they had it they said they did not have it well I really thought they had it so why garibaldi says it has it when they don’t have it fix it take the image of when u don’t have it.

Food was good but it was served COLD. We were a group of five. Waited about 40-50 mins on a Saturday night, which I don’t mind and I understand its a busy night. But I do expect our orders to be warm. Our orders were Tacos de Lengua and Birria, Bistec Encebollado Estilo Garibaldi , Bistec Asada Estilo Garibaldi, and an Al Pastor Huarache. The tortillas and the meat for both tacos were COLD not even lukewarm or room temperature, which is disappointing. Rice and Beans for both Garbaldi orders were COLD. Basically it was like eating left over food from last night

Our food arrived a half hour late and cold. We asked the hamburger have pickles and ketchup only. It had everything but pickles and ketchup on it. We asked my daughters tacos only have cheese and sauce. They were covered in everything and she’s refusing to eat them so waste of money.

Highly recommend!!! Owner was great greeted us nicely told us about the food and what the Ingredients were, potions were perfect. Excellent service and taste was excellent. Will definitely be back again for the authentic taste.
