Authentic tacos and more.. the sauces are delicious.. mild to spicy (hot). Ask for 1 of each decide your self. Then get a 2nd for .25!! Their guacamole is DELICIOUS. I usually go to their outside dining area.. enjoy the fresh air..it does get busy at various times..go hungry, certain plates with rice and beans are huge!!! Conversations are ongoing.. noise level varies!!! Especially when a celebration happens!!! It’s next to Ali’s liquor store..Corona and lime served!!! I go for the DELICIOUS food!!!

My friends were in the mood for some really authentic Mexican food and I think we found one of my favorite hidden gems in Perth Amboy. The service was fantastic. We were taken care of every step of the way and I wish I took a picture of the chips and guac because that was a great pre cursor to the meal. I had ordered the steak burrito bowl and it was absolutely loaded with meat and all types of toppings. Paired extremely well with a Lime Jarrito. Will definitely be going again and excited to continue supporting this business!

So, food is great in my opinion. However, I have order here multiple times and I feel like they charge me more money because of our language barrier. I don’t speak Spanish well. My last encounter I ordered for pick up, got a certain price on the phone and when I arrived to pick up it was $6 more. When I questioned it the spoke in Spanish and gave a shady vibe. Could’ve been an error but my husband said he had a similar experience. And I’ve felt the price was questionable for what was ordered before. Still won’t take away from the food being awesome but just something to be aware of.

Every time I called to order my food , they said 20 or 25 minutes then when I get to the store it took 1 hour and so to get my food ready , but the food is great . No digan 25 minutos si van a durar 1 hora siempre cuando uno ordena.

coworkers & i ordered delivery for lunch last friday – owner was very kind & food was delicious! we tried the cheese flautas, chicken burritos, and al pastor tacos. loved that every meal came with sides of limes and salsas without having to request it. will definitely be ordering from here again!! (please add the cheese flautas to doordash so i can order at home!)

i came in 11/4 right before 6pm. there was 3 other tables. i came with two friends to snack on some yummy food but the service i received was horrendous. we ordered our food and i asked for a jugo fresca. i waited 10 minutes before waving the woman down to ask about the drink. she told me to hold on and that she’ll get to it when she can. it took another 7 minutes for her to get my drink. at that point i already picked out a different drink from the fridge. the people that came in 15 minutes after us got their food way before us. i’m not understanding why????? this place was better years ago. not sure if it’s under different management???

sometimes you come and the food is ready but the other times they tell you 20 mins for the most basic food and you’re waiting an hour OR MORE, very ridiculous. Over all the food is average, some things are good some are mid.

I usually come here, and the food is good. Lately the food has been bad, with no taste and has become over priced. The service is horrible, and they need new waitresses. We arrived and no one came out to take our orders until 10 minutes later, and there were no costumers in the store. Overall they need better waitresses and better service.

There are two locations for this restaurant, the one I typically go to is the one on State Street next to the laundromat. I first ate here because my partners family loves to eat here, I would say I have had better. The marinades they use for their meat sometimes can taste very sour, almost like old meat. I only order 3 things from their menu that always tastes good, the torta de pollo milanesa, the quesobirria and the tacos de carne. Another suggestion I would make is to order with enough time, they tend to take long completing orders.
