I gave 3 stars based on my only visit. Walked in, I was the only customer. I was craving for Taylor ham, egg and cheese in bagel but opted just for everything bagel (toasted) with cream cheese. Got to my car to eat it, and what I see is what’s shown in the pic. Barely any cream cheese compared to other bagel stores I’ve been to. Next time I’ll walk 50 feet across the parking lot for Taco Bell breakfast.

I used to go to this bagel shop frequently. I’ve stopped going poor customer service and lousy food. Please don’t ever order from the older woman wearing glasses. You will have to repeat the order frequently and she will still get it wrong. She will also give you the wrong order and is totally oblivious. The owner is also rude and this really isn’t the greatest bagel shop ever. I’ve been to cleaner and friendlier atmospheres whose food tastes better. I will never return to this place!

Their air conditioner isn’t working properly or they don’t have it on. Even though they have seating inside you can’t sit in and eat. It’s just too hot. Almost too hot to go in and place an order. Thankfully their service is excellent and they move people out as quickly as possible. Great bagels and always fresh food.

Elsa is rude and never gets my simple order of a bacon egg n cheese with salt pepper ketchup and mayo right. Instead I end up with a dry sandwich for a third time in a row. I try to support small businesses but doesn’t seem they care to keep their customers happy so will not be returning ever.
