We took my in-laws out for dinner and had a wonderful time full of laughter and good food! The food was amazing and was super fresh, especially the guac and ceviche that were made tableside. And Adrii was a phenomenal server! She was attentive, made good food & drink recommendations, and joined the banter at our table. After such a good night, we’ve decided to make this a regular outing! I can’t wait for our next visit!

I pass this place every day on my way home from work (at 5:00) and there are ALWAYS lots of cars outside. I mean, there are parking spots avail but you can tell its a good place by the business on the outside. Me and a friend finally went a couple weeks ago for the first time. I am a weenie when it comes to spicy foods so I had a couple options in mind to ask which is the most mild. The waitress (who was super sweet) said all their food is mild so everyone can enjoy it. So maybe if u like spicy mexican, u might be disappointed, or maybe u can request seasoning, I’m not sure. But I like everything about this place. As soon as we walked in, we said “oh look how cute it is”, even outside there is a wall banner with beautiful pink roses, not sure if it was just for valentines day but it looks so nice. As I said, out waitress was sweet. I wish her name was on the receipt so I could give her a shout out but it wasnt. The only negative thing I have to say is the rice was a little overcooked but it was still edible.

Food was fantastic! OUTSTANDING! Although the service was a bit spotty and when my husband cut into his steak it was more rare then medium rare. It looked like it just kissed the grill, we did send it back for a bit more cooking. Will definitely go back.

The food was tasty and they had some unique offerings (for example, birria ramen). My pork carnitas tacos were good but a bit oily… the chips and salsa were fresh and ready almost as soon as we sat down.
Service only gets 4 stars because they did not remember who got which dish, so when they brought the food out to our family of eight they had to shout the order and guess where it went, creating a bit of chaos

We thought we would try the Monroeville location because we love the White Oak location. It did not disappoint. The same great food and service. The atmosphere is great. The staff is super friendly. Now we have 2 choices. This is the best Mexican restaurant around. I recommend both locations. Today was the Pina loca a spicy mamacita for drink and the chimichanga dinner with beans and rice.

Everything about this place was great from start to finish. It’s very nice inside and the service was excellent. Our sever Adrianna was a great server, she was very sweet and attentive! The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning!

Definitely glad we came here for Valentine’s Day! The service was exceptional, especially the manager, Jarvi! The drinks were amazing, especially the Blueberry Margarita my wife got! We tried the Mexican fried rice as well as the chicken and steak burritos! The food surprised us with how fast it came out! Everything was fresh and flavorful! We will definitely be back. If you come in, you will not be disappointed!

Newly opened restaurant at old Kings location. Nicely renovated space. Food was excellent. Had the seafood chimichanga with shrimp and crab stuffing, covered with lobster bisque. Served with dirty rice and refried beans. The seafood combination was delicious. Family run…cordial Mexican family/staff. Worth a try if you are nearby.

If you’re not at Plaza Azteca in Monroeville… the where ya aaaattt?!?! They did an incredible job in transforming this location from “Kings” to Plaza Azteca. The furnishings are top notch and comfortable. The food is the BEST in the area bar none! Ask for ADRIANA, she os friendly, personable and professional. The service was aces all the way around.

A great experience! We came on Valentine’s day and expected a wait. We were told 20 minutes and our table was ready in closer to 10, which was great. The chips and salsa were ready immediately. Our drinks (the Valentine’s day mojito and the Raspberry Peach Fusion Martini) were excellent. There were so many options on the menu it was hard to choose. We will definitely be back to try all the things we didn’t get to (like the birria ramen). Our server Anthony was phenomenal…attentive but not overbearing and gave excellent recommendations! We’ll definitely be back!
