Food~delicious! Atmosphere~clean and cute. Service~friendly, but slow. Our only downside to our time here. Not slow enough that we won’t return, mind you ;).

They start each table of guests with a hearty bowl of tortilla chips and a side of spicy salsa and side of ranch dressing. That was different . Apps, we opted for the dish of queso and the “table-side” fresh guacamole. Made to order! That is a nice touch.

Friends enjoyed two different types of salads they found tasty. This girl was hungry and ordered the special, piña Loco. OMGosh!!!! Decided to try something different and it was nothing like I thought.

I would’ve been fine with chunks of pineapple, yet that is not how it is prepared. The sweetness of the pineapple is fantastic and a perfect blend of the spices, meat, veggies and cheese.

There was more than enough for leftovers and it reheated tasty enough. No tastebuds were disappointed .

Maria was great! I meant to tell her last night when she served us. Please make sure she sees this. She said this was the best Plaza Azteca location & she did a great job at convincing us.

Drinks & queso were a little high, but very pretty & delicious. Also, while I appreciated how quickly our food came out they could’ve cooked my fajita veggies a little longer. Refried beans were also a little dry too but otherwise good food, great atmosphere & service!

The food was fantastic, my second time there in 2 weeks! Very good margaritas . I had wonderful, attentive servers both times I’ve gone.
Literally, my only complaint, the menus were sticky this visit. Hoping it doesn’t happen the next time I go, its pretty offsetting- makes me picture germs giving germs to each other.

I went here for my birthday with my two daughters. The food was good. I like the tableside guacamole. The only negative was an alcohol alcoholic drink was $20. In the picture it looks like a big drink, but it wasn’t. It would be a great place to go if they lowered their drink prices. We all got fajitas and they were OK.

So I’ll start with the good. I did like the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff was very friendly. On the downside, this was the worse Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. I asked for two cheese enchiladas and received one meat, and one cheese. While this was promptly rectified, I have never eaten a cheese enchilada that tasted anything like this. I can’t even begin to describe the taste, almost cheese whiz like. The rice was undercooked and very crunchy. I wasn’t about to eat the beans. Needless to say, I will never eat here again

We have been wanting to try this place for a while. The first time we went, there was a 2 hour wait, to be fair, they had just opened the prior week. We didn’t wait because I was hungry…lol.
We finally made our way back to try again. No waiting, just walked in and sat at the bar. The place is beautiful! Festive with friendly staff and clean.
We were stopping after work, not for dinner, just a drink to catch up on our day. We ordered Nachos. They were not at all what I expected! They were individually topped. Each Nachos had all the toppings listed on the menu, including chorizo and guacamole. They were delicious! The beers were cold and the service was good.
We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved my experience at Plaza Azteca! The portions are generous, the flavors are amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get. Everything came out super quick, from the drinks to the plates, and the presentation was on point. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome the whole time. The restaurant itself is clean and has a great atmosphere. Easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

Always a great time, great food, and great drinks. The 1yr neon anniversary party was the best. I also love how they celebrate birthdays with the music and signs. Just all around great time.

This was my first trip to this establishment. I was amazed. The food was amazing, fresh, cooked to perfection. My Lager was ice cold. The table side guacamole was incredible. Watching that be made with all the fresh ingredients made the experience much more pleasurable. The wait staff was equally as amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Starting with the good- The atmosphere in this place is killer and the manager did check in with us several times, helping the bartender throughout- excellent practice. Walking in, there was no one to greet at the door so we sat at the bar. Every time the door opened, we froze as there is nothing blocking the entrance. The bartender was new and it took her long to do each step of service. After decades of training countless bartenders, I definitely understand being new behind a bar, so not a big deal- I hope she gets the hang of it. We got the OMG nachos and they were decent, great presentation. What really got me was the price of drinks. $20 for the cheapest margarita is mind blowing, especially when most are filled with sugary fillers, light tequila. This place is on rt 73 in Marlton, NJ. Even Starr Restaurants in Center City dont have prices like this place does. Wild. Not sure who does liquor cost there, but thats insane. I probably would have gotten 2 at $14, zero at $20- the price actually just made me angry. . They use Toast system for their POS and the bartender stood in front of us and verbally told us a total while holding the handheld computer. When I asked for a physical check (never sign a check without review- people make honest mistakes, items go on wrong checks, computers even make mistakes) it was an entire project. The main computer wasnt up and running, and when it did come up, she couldn’t figure our how to print it… I requested to just view the handheld. When I wanted to pay in cash- a $45 bill, I was told they didnt have change. Zero cash in house. Wild.
