Wow! I love it when I stumble upon a place like Playmaker’s! Bummed I never went before now! The staff working (Tyler and Amy) couldn’t have been more friendly and yet efficient. Well done!
The wedge salad was a good sized portion and very fresh tasting. The Tournament Turkey Melt AND fries are soooo yummy! Highly recommend both.
They have quite a few specials for the weekdays and a Happy Hour M-F from 2-5pm that look awesome! They also give 10% back to the Pink Lemonade breast cancer awareness program! And they have a SUPER INCREDIBLY GENEROUS Military discount! I’ll definitely be back.
The Country music playing wasn’t loud so you could hear the person across from you! The parking lot is not huge, but there’s also free street parking. Do not wait to go here! Great find!!

Great place! Cozy, clean pub. Excellent views of TV’s for all sports. The food has never disappointed, no matter what we have ordered. The cheese curds are the best we have ever had. The mixed drink drinks and beer are tasty and servers are happy to please if they don’t have a certain something. We love the specials for each day of the week. They are good at suggestions: We had Angelia B as our server last night and she was super in suggesting Casamigos Reposado tequila shots for us and lending advice on the order of the salt, shot, lime! Tasty tequila, smooth and a hint of sweetness. Fantastic! We always take leftovers home as we order apps and a main. As for service, we’ve never had a bad server. Angelia was spot on with our requests and was genuinely friendly and attentive to service last night. 5 Stars.

FOOD IS DELICIOUS! As someone who is not a drinker, I do not prefer the bar scene.
But we ordered food to go and it was so worth it!! We will be going back again and again. I ordered the cowboy mac (minus corn or black beans, per my preference) and it was to die for! I liked that the fried pickles were little slivers. Gives the perfect amount of flavor and crunch!

My wife and I both love this place!
Atmosphere: Sports bar with couple pool tables. It does get a little loud and rowdy later in the evening, but that just depends on your preference. We come for the food. Parking is tight.
Price: Prices are fair! We love their happy hour menu and their pizza!
Food: We haven’t had any food or drink that was bad yet! I think the only thing we’d comment on would be the last time we were there, our pizza toppings were a bit skimpy, but the other times were loaded and super amazing!
Service: We’ve had decent service here. Definitely get better service during the day, then at night. You can tell when the regulars and friends of the service staff are there, because there’s a bit more of a social hour, but overall, I can’t complain too much, because they’re polite and we generally enjoy it.
Overall: As mentioned above, we really enjoy this place. It’s become a regular outing and craving for us to come here. If you’re looking for an easy going, comfortable spot to hang and get some good food, this is it. 🙂

Majorly disappointing. We frequent Ridgefield location and never had an issue.
Decided to go to Battle Grounds location with a party of 8 in the family side for my brother’s 35th birthday. Called ahead and asked about bringing a cake and if they too had a family side. Got the affirmative. Arrived at 4:50 and wait staff didn’t greet us, saw us and averted eye contact.add first contact with bartender at right around 4 and asked for menus so we could be ready to order when ever they had time to greet or seat us.
Asked about kids menu and told well they are over in the room your in…..I guess I’ll have to go over and grab them. Never did.
Waited till roughly 5:15 with no further contact and ultimately after waiting 20+ minutes with a baby and toddler decided we needed to go somewhere else. Really unreal. May be better to close the family side if they don’t have anyone willing to operate it rather than having a wide open bar and people unattended for 20+ minutes. Will definitely make the trip to Ridgefield and skip here and if you are a family I’d suggest you do the same.
