My daughter introduced me to this place. I am always impressed with the presentation of the bowls in relation to how quickly the order comes out. The staff is always willing to explain ingredient choices and new menu items to me. Açaí is a must try for anyone looking for a healthy dessert alternative!

Bowls were delicious and fresh, service was fast and friendly, and overall I’d probably go back. I tasted a few since we went with friends and shared, and everything was great!
Only thing was it felt kinda high for a bowl of fruit. I’m not a frequent flyer at açaí spots, though, so maybe I’m just ill-informed.
Menu was a bit overwhelming, but I had some guidance on favs from friends and chose a winner in the end.

My initial experience here was fantastic. But the past two times I’ve gone, my bowls were incorrect or missing items. The second time I went, they gave me the wrong bowl entirely. Today, I picked up the Stupid Cupid which was supposed to include bananas and white chocolate, I got neither one. Not sure what’s going on but it’s disappointing.

I am writing to formally report a serious health incident that occurred at your Fulshear, Texas location on Friday, February 13.
My family and I were visiting this location for the first time. When ordering, we were extremely careful to communicate our dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease, and my wife has a gluten intolerance. We specifically asked which ingredients contained gluten and clearly requested gluten-free granola for two bowls. One employee assisted us helpfully, while another appeared rushed and less attentive.
Later that evening, we both began experiencing symptoms consistent with gluten exposure. I experienced an anaphylactic reaction, and we have both suffered ongoing digestive complications for several days. Because we strictly avoid gluten and do not keep it in our home, we are confident the exposure occurred during our visit.
For individuals with celiac disease, gluten exposure is not a preference issue — it is a serious autoimmune and potentially life-threatening medical condition. This raises significant concerns about ingredient handling, cross-contamination protocols, staff training, and allergen communication at this location.
I respectfully request the following:
• A review of ingredient handling and gluten-free procedures at the Fulshear location
• Clarification of your company’s allergen and cross-contamination policies
• Confirmation of how gluten-free ingredients are stored and served
• Information on staff training regarding food allergies and celiac disease
This situation could have been far more severe, and I hope appropriate measures are taken to prevent harm to others in the future.

The quality of ingredients here is actually really great, I’ve had smoothie king, tropical smoothie, and a few others that you can question if the quality is good and here I don’t have to question it at all.
