Was staying right above the place while visiting and went for a quick lunch. I got a custom banana bowl with granola, banana, strawberry, blueberries and nutella. The bowls are pretty dense, and they do not skip on the toppings. It was quite a refreshing meal. I was happy with the quality and quantity of food for what I paid. The staff was helpful to ensure us they could support our allergens which i really appreciated.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was blown away by my first experience with Playa Bowls today! I had a Coconut Power bowl delivered to my office for lunch, and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve tried in a long time. It was chilled and satisfying and the ingredients were super fresh. I will definitely buy again!

Playa Bowl is a must visit when we are in Traverse City. We absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is always wonderful. Pictured in my review is the Nutellco Bowl, Sweet Summer Smoothie, and the Cocoa Cold Brew. I highly recommend Playa Bowl!

Absolutely obsessed with the Mucho Mango bowl. I am in LOVE. I’m never going to financially recover from this. Take my money. All of it. Everyday. I’ve been to Playa Bowls twice now – once for dine-in and once for takeout – and I must say, their bowls are fresh and tasty! Also, they offer a free water station, which is always appreciated.
When the weather is nice, the window wall opens up, creating a lovely atmosphere. My only complaint would be the uncomfortable stools – I’d love to see some comfier seating options. Overall, Playa Bowls is a great spot for a delicious and healthy meal!

So excited to have smoothie bowls in TC now. They have lots of different flavors to try. Very good and freshly made. I would suggest ordering ahead cause it takes them awhile to make a bowl and maybe share a bowl with someone cause they give you a lot just for one. Excited to try their other items.
