The vibes were so refreshing, bright, clean, and tropical. My smoothies are always so fresh, perfectly blended, and full of flavor. The fruit tasted amazing and the presentation was beautiful! Absolutely! One of my favorite places to go to. Coffee smoothies, acai bowls, power smoothies, all of which are super healthy and taste amazing! Have not seen a face or had a person who worked for this establishment not be amazing tidal wave smoothie is my favorite right now, I added peanut butter.

Staff members were so kind and amazingly helpful. I have fairly abnormal dietary restrictions, but staff had so much of their menu’s nutritional contents memorized! I was impressed. If they weren’t sure about something, they went and got the ingredient for me so I could look it over. They were so patient and respectful. They even made sure to use a separate pitcher so there wasn’t cross contamination. At one point I apologized “for the inconvenience”, and a member of staff stopped, smiled at me, and said, “You do not have to apologize for that.”
My smoothie was delicious (Strawberry Banana with Cashew Milk) and so refreshing. I cannot wait to stop back in at Playa Bowls!

So excited for this location to be open! As a NJ native, the Kalamazoo Playa Bowl did not disappoint. I was immediately greeted by Brandon as soon as I walked in. He was genuine and polite, I asked for his opinion on an item and it was neutral yet honest. The vibe Playa vibes were there, most importantly it was clean, customer service was high and my smoothie was perfect! — Açaí Energy with honey!

I have found a new favorite spot to get an acai bowl. In each of my visits Ai have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The bowls are a good size and delicious. If you sign up for the rewards club you get discounts. They have many bowls options including mango and dragon fruit. You can even do half and half. They also have smoothies and fresh juices on the menu. Good food, nice people and a good value.

I stopped in today and was really impressed with the customer service. Celeste was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience easy, and Sara was just as welcoming and helpful. You can really feel the difference now that there’s more than one person on shift. Everything ran smoothly, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and positive. Great job to both of them!

This was my first time visiting from out of town. I had never been to a place like this before and Celeste was very helpful and offered samples of the different flavors. I got one of the coconut bowls and it was great. Now I have a reason to visit Kalamazoo more often!

I always have a fantastic experience when I eat here. The staff are always just so sweet and Celeste was so reassuring and helpful with my husband’s gluten allergy. We absolutely love the mango bowls and the fresh juices.
