My first time at Playa Bowls, during a vacation to Ft. Lauderdale, was great. Our server Eric was friendly while answering our questions, and provided great customer service. We ordered the Acai Power bowl and a half coconut half mango bowl, which were both tropical, delicious & healthy! I would definitely recommend. 10/10!

The first time I had an acai bowl I was in Los Angeles and it was amazing. That was about 4 years ago and I’ve tried several since then and none were as good until today.
If you like acai bowls, this is the place. Very filling, the acai is thick flavorful and smooth without ice chips. The toppings were fresh and firm.
I love great food but the service will bring me make and the two ladies were friendly helpful and accommodating. If you’re in the area and you want something refreshing and cold ….try this. I had the tropical and I added strawberries.

The bowls are always so delicious here this was my 1st time trying a bowl with a mango base it was so good. I usually do the super green base or the traditional acai. I’ve also had the banana base before also very delicious add granola and agave to set any bowl off your taste buds will thank you!

This sweet boy with curly hair and glasses named albi was super sweet and made the most scrumptious bowl to devour. If your seeing this he definitely deserves that employee of the month. Great worker, awesome food and great vibe. I am without a doubt coming back again and recommending to my friends and family. Best experience at a restaurant ever.

I’ve been in Florida for around a week and had been craving a smoothie or an acai bowl but whenever I was craving it, it wasn’t possible as it was too late and nothing enticing was open. I managed to get to Playa Bowls just before it closed thankfully.
I found it via Google maps as the highest rated acai bowl shop in the near vicinity of my hotel.
I had noticed that this place also served Pitaya bowls which I had never heard about let alone tried. As I entered I saw that they had a massive variety of bowl trips types that hadn’t yet made their ways to the mass market UK shores.
I opted for a “Goji Pitaya bowl” as I wanted to try something different. It has the Pitaya base (which is made from dragon fruit) and had granola, bananas, coconut flakes, Goji berries and honey. It was very sweet. Maybe I had ordered the wrong thing because this was not health food! But my word it was utterly delicious.
Conclusion would be treat this as an indulgence rather than health food and you won’t go wrong. Was tempted to give this a 5 but I hadn’t intended on going so hard on the indulgence.

Our server Taylor is very courteous, attentive and friendly! In addition, our pets (dogs) were welcomed to sit by us while enjoying our lunch; that on it self is an A+++. I recommend the American Waffle with a hint of Nutella, and some fruits. Also I recommend the Eggs Benedict.
