This was my first time trying Playa Bowls and açaí bowls in general. My wife already knew what she was getting, but for me it was completely new. We ordered the Stupid Cupid, and it turned out to be genuinely enjoyable. The fresh fruit and cold blend hit that sweet spot where your brain reads it as both a treat and something healthy, so you walk away feeling good instead of weighed down. A solid first experience and an easy way to see why these bowls are so popular.

It was my first time ever having the acai bowl from any place. My bestie always would rave about them so I finally decided to get one. Its gonna be pretty hard for any other place to top this.
She had gotten the “tropical” (right) and I got the “booster” (ledt) bowl. It was the BEST. If you like peanut butter and banana you’ll love it. Again, pretty hard to top! Awesome, awesome awesome❗️ Thank you. Though; I think that it should be a location closer to the St. AUGUSTINE Beach. It would do very well.

So I visited the walking corridor of St. Augustine last weekend. Aqui bowls were quite popular in Brazil but I had kinda forgotten about them. After some of our party had bowls & smoothies here, thought I would try one. Excellent choice, and a couple very pleasant and informative girls working the counter. Cleanliness, manners and genuine personalities made the entire visit a memorable experience. The bowl was healthy and very tasty too !

My girlfriend and I had the honor of being the first customers at Playa Bowls during their soft opening, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the place had a fresh, vibrant feel to it.
We ordered the Olas and Mermaid fuel, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and you could tell they take pride in what they serve. The portions were generous, and the balance of flavors was spot-on.
On top of the food, the customer service was top-notch—everyone was welcoming and made us feel like more than just customers. It’s clear that this location is off to a great start, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

really good food. Came here to give a bad review because the girl working was super rude. Originally told us it would take 25-30 mins and could be up to an hour. So we walk around, come back in exactly 20 mins. When I go in to see if they were done she really rudely said yeah they’ve been done i called your name now i have to remake your smoothie. I said sorry it’s only been twenty minutes and she was just really mean I did not enjoy the vibe it was really off putting.
