Long story short- this place is usually great, but there are some days you go in and the service isn’t up to what it usually is.
Normally, for alternatives/allergy changes to bowls, a sticker will be placed on the lid to mark that the bowl has the correct and safe ingredients. We got takeout this afternoon and the person putting in the order was told it was a gluten allergy, was given the alternative, and then acknowledged the order. When the food was brought home, the bowl I had ordered didn’t have a sticker or writing to indicate it had been done correctly.
Idk, I really like this place, but this is the second time this has happened. I’m now out 20$+ for food I wasn’t able to eat from this place because I can’t risk it not being made properly.

SuWe placed a large order from Playa Bowls and everything was delicious! Each bowl was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. It’s always a win when every single order comes out just right. Definitely a go-to spot for a refreshing and healthy treat.

My husband and I have been getting bowls here since they opened. Sometimes multiple times a week or we’ll buy a few at a time. That is how amazing these bowls are!! They have other items that are just as amazing, smoothies, cold brew etc. Everything is so fresh it’s a flavor explosion. The Staff is always amazing & Frank the Manager is very pleasant and dedicated to overall experience of each customer. I could live on these bowls. The only problem….that can’t deliver 5 of these a day to me. The bowls are much larger than they appear (see pics). No need to eat junk, go and get something fresh and healthy. The taste is WAY better and it’s better for you. Drop the junk, the bowls are put together fast, drop the rest, this is the best!!

Didn’t have high hopes for what I assumed was going to be an over priced fruit bowl. To my surprise it was delicious and filling. The girl making our bowl did an excellent job and made it look nice. Definitely will stop in again when I’m the area.

absolutely fantastic smoothie bowls and smoothies. Kelly and Penny were wonderful too .They made sure I got gluten-free granola as I have a gluten allergy. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area!

This place has the best açai bowls with the most variety and they also have delicious smoothies! Oh and cute merch and a free sticker of the month…it’s a pretty cool place and there’s plenty of seating if you want to dine in or wait for your bowl to be freshly made (the service is fast though!)
