The young lady who welcomed me and invited me to join the rewards program was so delightful. It’s rare today to find such a gem of a customer service person, to be perfectly honest. I never have an issue at this location. Always greeted with smiles with a fast and speedy wait.The only concern I would say is that my bowl had a few gaps in it from it not being filled as much but that could’ve been from the large foot traffic. Still delicious.

First timer can you believe it! Superb service; went in yesterday to get a menu(didn’t buy anything but the ladies definitely gave me a thorough introduction of the entire menu!) This evening I met Josh and this Mucho Mango gave me life, especially after a long day of landscaping!

I ordered a Green smoothie and clearly asked for no bananas due to allergies. After I received it, I even went back to double-check that there were no bananas added. Later, I found pieces of banana in my smoothie, and it wasn’t even blended properly.
This is very concerning. When someone asks for an ingredient to be left out, especially because of allergies, it needs to be taken seriously. Not being careful can put someone’s health at risk.
Please be more careful and take requests seriously next time.

Wonderful service & best PB&J bowls my daughter & I have had this fall! We travel a lot and whenever a Playa is within the area we always have to grab one. Everyone was friendly and service was fast.

Fell in love after my first bite of one of them. Now I’m working my way though the bowl menu The banana one was my first one. From then on I was hooked. Love all the ones I’ve tried so far and that is 6 so far! Their granola they use is really good too.

My girlfriend ordered two bowls tonight and they both tasted horrible. The fruit used had a foul smell and made her sick to her stomach to the point where she’s throwing up. Please make sure to check your order for freshness. Very disappointed with how the order went and I will be calling corporate.
