The girls got my last two orders wrong and I placed them online, where they could read the order. Disappointed at that. Then last weekend I went in and ordered 3 bowls for my family. It took them about a half hour to make them. They all came out runny and one of them was only half full. I can’t stand paying $45 each time I order and these kids getting my order wrong or not up to the quality I am use to with Playa Bowls. Then the kids have the audacity to turn the register screen around and expect a tip every time. I dont want to be shook down for tips. You are charging enough for acai. Pay your employees appropriately. This place is owned by private equity afaik and not the same quality as when they first opened. My daughter is allergic to dairy and these people even put whey protein in one of her bowls before. Luckily we caught it. West Chester has a variety of acai bowl options so I think it is time for me to move on. You don’t get to mess up my order on 3+ visits and expect me to return.

I love Playa West Chester! I grew up in West Chester and while I don’t live there anymore, I go back to get my haircut and meet with clients weekly. I always make sure to visit Playa and bring it home for the family as much as I can. It has a great welcoming family environment as well and never feel like its an inconvenience to bring our baby.

My bowl here was amazing. I got one of the mango ones and it was delicious. The Nutella on top with the berries were so fresh. The girl at the counter was very nice and allowed us to take our time. There are plenty of options.

Playa bowls is the absolute best! I have tried a number of places for bowls and smoothies, but honestly nothing compares. I keep coming back to Playa. No one makes a more perfectly balanced bowl and it is ALWAYS delicious! I also love that they have a nice rewards program and send you a coupon every once in awhile.
Today was also amazing as they put the cutest little joke on the lid – made my day! I will of course be back!

Was thrilled to see an açaí bowls nd puddings, wish they would have more flavor to it. I ordered chia pudding and coco bowl both are Quite bland. Lots if options and cool decor thou, would give another chance soon.

Good Playa (beach) theme topical interiors with a sitting touch as you enter. Greens and green on your bowls (if u ask for it) adds to the style and your bowls. Liked the healthy substitute to our meals with no sugar and only fruits and granola in our kind of bowls which comes pure (açaí, coconut, pitaya etc..)

If you need a refreshing lunch or just a good açaí bowl, playa bowls is the go to place in west chester. The service was very nice and the fruit bowls were ready in no time.
The aloha smoothie that we ordered was so good! It has banana, mango, pineapple juice and coconut milk. The drink did not split on the way home which is always a good sign!
We ordered our açaí bowls to go, which traveled very well. The Nutella bowl with açaí granola, banana, and strawberry was so delicious! I skipped out on the coconut flakes though.
The pura vida bowl with açaí, granola, blueberry, strawberry and honey was so good as well but missing that umph from the Nutella in the Nutella bowl.
I will come back again for sure, can’t wait to dig into another acai bowl.

Love this place- it’s my new favorite place for a healthy dessert or snack (or breakfast). Can’t wait to visit again! I read the “negative” reviews and I have to say, I disagree and don’t understand that perspective at all. Give it a try!

I have always loved playa bowls and always will!! Everything is delicious and they have so many options. The only reason for the 4 star review is because today I had a staple in my bowl 🙁 the bag was closed with a sticker so I’m not sure how a staple got into my bowl
