Everytime i order from here my bowls wrong i ordered just strawberry banana smoothie base with strawberries banana and peanut butter, i got no strawberries they gave me nutella for some reason when i said no nutella i got coconut flakes when i took them off. I mean its seriously not that hard to read the ticket this stores quality sucks they only have good reviews because they give away free stuff for reviews. I wpuld understand if it was one time but everytime me or anyone i know orders from here its messed up do better honestly. Never having playa again easier to make my own so its not messed up

i got a pitaya for like 14 dollars with just granola and this was the half filled base that i got… i thought it would be equal to the filling of if i got other fruits except i got less and they skimped me out and the girl who took my attitude seemed annoyed for some reason but tasted good as always

Went to playa bowl today (2/3/2026) at this store to get 2 bowls. They close at 8pm. Got there at 7:45pm. Staff were unhappy that I arrived when they were going to close. It was evident in their attitude. Got a pura vida and added protein. They did not mix the protein.

Ordered for pickup and received two oddly half filled bowls that were missing ingredients and appear to be stirred up. In two of the photos one can see a normally filled and assembled bowl for reference.

Whoever was working on November 11 2025 around 7-8 Pm, I hope they get fired. I ordered DoorDash and got a Nutella Açaí bowl with no granola and no coconut flakes and extra Nutella and when I paid online I didn’t put a online tip because I give the tip in Person and I think the person purposely ruined my food just because I didn’t give a tip online. When I got my food my açaí was half filled and I had no bananas even though I never removed bananas and there was barely any Nutella and the dasher brang my food quickly and I gave him a tip in person so the dasher wasn’t the problem it was whoever made my açaí. I’m so disappointed. Do you guys really stoop that low because of a tip? And in the end I literally gave a tip to the driver so I don’t understand what’s wrong with you guys.
